All you need is faith
We're going to go through down periods. What I want you to stop doing is to go through these down periods autonomously. If you can drive 3 hours and barely remember any of it, you're capable of spending 3 hours autonomously in a negative state that can impact your day.

Leave tough emotions in the past
episode was recorded live and starts a couple minutes in!!Frustration, sadness, disappointment, etc can leave you in a rut and leave you open to COMPOUNDING mistakes, or having a hard time moving on.The past belongs in the past. One moment of tough emotion can derail an entire day, week, month, or year even sometimes. I know how that feels from athletics, and from my own life when I make mistakes and have a difficult time MOVING ON.Here are some thoughts.

We cannot selectively numb. Some talents are being left behind with emotions.
Good conversation recorded live on Clubhouse today. I tell a story about how we as humans need to be seen by those who we failed around, and how we cannot selectively numb. So we're missing a large part of our talent because we shut off a part of our feelings we didn't want to feel anymore,

Nice guys/gals - it’s okay to receive
Who taught us that it’s not okay to accept someone to buy your dinner? Why did most parents stop their kids from ‘acting out’ and being too much? Can you accept and receive love or a compliment? What if someone wanted to give you a 9 day vacation where you could just relax and take care of yourself?

Mental health awareness month. 4 things to be aware of
Number one we need to catch ourselves when we are being fans of others vs appreciating what they can do and know we can do that ourselves. Number two be aware of your word choice you use with yourself, we make situations worse with our diction. Number 3 make yourself proud everyday and do extra reps. Be aware of your mind telling you that you’re tired and it’s time to stop when it’s not. And number 4 you’ve always been there for you. In the celebrations and the pep talks. Be aware that we are our greatest ally ❤️👍🏼

2019 Recap a year before hindsight 2020.
I got released, I got traded, I learned a new language, I travel to Denmark, average 28 points a game, I went to Disneyland, my brother had a baby on Christmas, and I got Pranked for $10,000. What an amazing year. But most importantly I learned how to live in the moment and love myself. Especially from joining tiktok and learning silly dances and having 2 videos go viral. But the joy and fun I get out of doing these videos has escalated my personality to a new level. This is all I hope that you find joy and test your comfort levels with silliness and showing love to others.... All love, let’s go let’s grow ❤️

You’re Frustrated? Get curious, ask a better question, and get over it and be joyful again
You literally might not be alive tomorrow. Don’t even spend 20 minutes annoyed. Now having said that, Learning how to move on quickly from anger frustration and stress is a very difficult thing to Master. However, learning how to realize that you are not in a good state of mind, and ask questions from a curiosity standpoint, instead of an anger standpoint and become very aware of your word choice you can move on from anger or stress quite rapidly. Of course there will be times when you need to lean on friends and family and it’s wonderful to have that support and I hope you do, and if you don’t you always have my number. 5416198326. I’m not kidding just call me I’ll answer. But learning how to take care of this yourself so you can show up with great energy love and fun for your friends and family, and more importantly for yourself is way cool for lack of better words. All love people enjoy this quick bonus podcast

Relatable roll models episode for DaLynn Roberts LMT business owner
I I am particularly proud of this episode because I met DaLynn when she didn’t have as much believe in herself as a complete badass, and someone who could be her own boss make double the money that she used to and have the free time to chase her real desires and her real true joy. And there is nothing like hearing somebody that is completely joyful and all of the choices that they have made. You will really enjoy this, and as I will see below as well I will spell check this because this is a voice recording LOL. Much love.will add more to this, including an intro once I get a chance to pull over from my long drive from California back to Oregon. As always it’s been so great to hear the reviews and I’m so proud of each and everyone of you and honored just that you trust me with my advice and your entertainment. Hopefully you all had such a great Thanksgiving with your family and didn’t let the petty things bother you and were able to show love freely and gratitude. Hopefully you were able to show gratitude today.

How many people do you see smiling today? We are terrified of joy
This episode was completely spontaneous and brought on by a theory that we found so much in our society and have resting worry on our faces that it is actually more strange to see somebody smiling to the point where we need facelifts when we are older because our faces have drooped in the sadness. I honestly want you to do this today, I want you to keep track of the number of people that you see smiling without saying anything or who are not in conversation. So someone who is just walking around on their phone or looking for something or whatever they’re doing I want you to see how many people are actually smiling. Also to answer the question it was eight new followers in the 15 minute talk. You will understand this after the episode.

Leverage Series Part 3. highlight reels, relationship w/failing, being present, finding alpha voice
What a valuable episode this turned out to be, I actually reached out to this athlete after we worked one on one and asked permission to put this as a leverage series because of how valuable I thought it would be for her not only athletes but for so many others. We cannot watch highlight reels of others lives in sports in on Facebook. There are those who struggle to stay in the present moment because of what they say. Make sure you are constantly monitoring what you say out loud and you will see how that will affect your life and what you’re paying attention to. Because whether it is the past or the present, both need to be forgotten and left where they are..! the present moment is the only place where we can succeed and Foster our own growth... also we need to learn how to voice our desires without being a jackass. And that is also something we cover... So thankful for all of the messages from episode one and episode two it means so much to hear from some of you that I haven’t heard from in years and others that I’ve never even had the pleasure of meeting, but just know that even if I’ve never met you you are still welcome to text me or DM me personally on Instagram and just say hello I respond to absolutely everybody and I just love making a community and being a support pillar for other people because I didn’t necessarily have one

Welcome to season 3 ❤️ / Are you in a hurry to be comfortable
My goodness, I’m so honored to be back and have a reason to speak. I’m so thankful for the hundreds of messages that I have gotten this off-season about how big of an impact this podcast has had on your lives but remember it’s you that has done the work ❤️ I just help you see your own insights. I get really deep and tell a very personal story about a crush and my inability to be uncomfortable and how that has impacted me in my personal life in my professional life and I really think the insights will deeply help you as well. The feedback I’ve already gotten has been astounding and I’m so thankful for all of you. Thank you for allowing me to have another season of this podcast

The power of hope. ❤️ You are only a victim of circumstance when you fEeL stuck
What a great start we got off to last week, thank you so much for all of your messages. To see you guys share this with others too is an honor so thank you. If you haven’t yet listened to episode one I don’t know what you’re waiting for :) this week we knock swiftly at the door labeled HOPE. You are not a victim of circumstance. Nobody is coming to your rescue, but there are ways to manifest guidance. You aren’t going to be magically awarded your next job even if it feels like fate meeting someone at a store, but you can prepare hard enough to give yourself a good shot at writing that story the way you want it to end. Long story short. Life is a romantic novel fit for you. Sounds HoPeFuL right? Well it’s not a fucking ghost story either out to get you. The hope comes from the fact that we all get the same shot. And yes I firmly believe that no matter where you come from. Someone looks like you, and has your story that has had a successful happy life. End of story. Dive in, text me if you wish or hit me up on social media’s. Jeremy Burright. 5416198326. I’m an open book because your messages are so awesome to hear. Keep kicking ass.

How to Win podcasts/businesses and influence people, grow yourself first. Ep 33 Always Loading ⚙️⚙️
So many people look at these backwards where they want to have the lives of Gary Vaynerchuk and Tony Robbins because they are fulfilled by what they do. They became masters by working silently for YEARSSSSS. And now it just so happens that Entrepreneurship became cool 😎 so once again a new fad has started, so if you want to start a business, you will need to become credible and trustworthy to others. You will need to have experience and legitimacy to grow your business. You will need a quick tongue and great ideas to have that podcast! All facts right? Kind of. It is important of course to work on your abilities. But what’s more important is to have credibility so that when people meet you, you make their life better. When you’re just getting started? How can you do that? You’ll have to listen and find out.

Relatable Role Models - 4 “When you invest it becomes real” Afiz Olaniyan Basketball Trainer London
@Way2work_ on Instagram Afiz met Devin Williams aka Dev in the lab, the creator of 10,000 hour series. Just like I talk about all the time. He was just a human being. A dope human being. When Afiz reached out to him Devin let him join in on the basketball camp he was running in London. Trainer by trainer, Afiz found out that he had what it takes to be just as good as them, and got the rights to the name Way2Work and started getting Merch. Once he had the rights it became real to him. His awesome camera man Ivan was there too. Shout out Ivan @Ivan_Grotsev so many good nuggets in here. Enjoy!

4 important steps for mental prep 1️⃣ 🚫 expectations 2️⃣ U. R. U. 3️⃣✔️ mental workouts 4️⃣ go to move
This is important not just for athletes but for anyone. When you have expectations about an upcoming task it takes you out of that moment you are currently in. And missing. Don’t miss out on lunch, don’t miss out on that phone call with a friend. Don’t miss out because you are already on the court. Yes take the time to meditate and visualize, but after that. BE IN THE MOMENT ALL DAY. That’s your goal. And if you aren’t. You need to plan your day so that you care more about each moment. That tells me you aren’t challenging yourself enough throughout the day if you’ve spent 8 hours worrying about an upcoming event. Then damn, those last 8 hours were pretty boring... add some spice to your life. Second, you are YOU!!!! Just because a veteran that you look up to can walk in and take 4 shots and be ready to go, doesn’t mean you can. On the flip side just because Steve shits his pants before games and takes a yoga class and puts up 500 shots doesn’t mean you have to do that. You are you. Don’t be hard if you aren’t hard, be nerdy if you’re nerdy, listen to classical music if that’s what you like. Be you. And then text me and say JEREMY, I WAS MYSELF TODAY. As I said last episode have more and more reps be MENTAL REPS. Where something is on the line. And have a GO TO MOVE. Something that will make you comfortable. Trust me it will.

Hoopers 🏀 this one is for you. Manifest mental toughness by manipulating mental shooting drills 🔑
I got asked an important question back in July, when I posted about not being afraid to miss game shots anymore 🏀 I took a one step Lebron fall a way shot and then pulled from 32ft. I missed the first and hit the latter. My old teammate asked me, “how did you get to the point where you stopped caring if you missed?” And the answer was simulating my practice shots, into mental game reps. That can only happen if there is consequences for missing. Add these drills to your daily routine and I promise you it will make game shots easier for you. And do it on Instagram and Facebook live to make it more real. Find as many ways to add pressure to yourself in practice, until a game feels the same if not easier. These are the drills, and then a great triumph story 📖 from today’s practice in Denmark 🇩🇰 enjoy! Much love.

Mental ease and peace comes from building a anti negative barrier. And speaking LOVE LOUDER ❤️
I mean this with all my heart. You have to see a spade as a spade and stay away from negative people. And I mean stay the Fuck away from them. I had a rough couple days and could not figure out why, until I realized that I was sheltering my own energy and excitement trying to be “polite” towards someone else who is a walking negative zombie 🧟♂️ they’ve given up and when you see that you need to double your work that day. Double it because when we see others, we are so connected as human beings that we see what is possible for us. Both positively and negatively. And will subconsciously pick up some of those traits and habits. Stay the Fuck away.

Ep 27 Giving actual value means you HAVE to raise your own. This ep so important, I DID 17 TAKES.
I cannot stress the importance of this episode. It’s the reason why I’ve gotten EVERY JOB I’ve ever got. It’s the reason I’ve gotten raises, gone overseas for basketball, been connected to important trainers, been fulfilled to tears because someone was thankful, and is the reason why I get to live the life I’ve ALWAYS WANTED TO LIVE. This is the rant of all rants.

Word choice is more powerful than you think, and more correlated to growth and success.
We become unconscious about our negative focus throughout the day, even if you’re a positive person overall, if you use words like “overwhelmed,” or “stupid,” or “anxiety,” you don’t realize the physical damage you are doing to your body from the build up of negative stress. There’s an exercise in this podcast that is very beneficial that I did 3 years ago, and again last night. And boy I was surprised at words that I don’t even use anymore. Very very important. Dive in.

I’m not here to fit in. I’m here to be me. + bonus travel tips and time change tips
Hello from Lemvig Denmark! 🇩🇰 I’m pledging allegiance to a new flag for 4 months but if anything that means I’ll be doing so so much more thinking and learning from new experiences to give back to all of you. If you want me to do a language learning episode hit that favorite button and if it gets to 10 favorites I’ll know that’s what you guys want to hear! Or just like, message me lol. Anyways new situations, jobs, teams, are the biggest opportunity to lose yourself in the first few weeks... in the most important time where people are getting to know “you.” That YOU needs to be the ACTUAL you. Not some fake Andy Bernard let’s fit in. It’s not up to you if they like you, it’s up to you to control your work ethic, your attitude, your disciplines, and your vision. If they like that, great. If they don’t, also great. But when you truly love who you are, people genuinely tend to love that. And the ones that don’t, are typically fake and they are so unhappy with who they are they will actually take the time to watch you, and then talk shit... I feel bad for them, not me. But it’s easy to change when you go to a new place so make a commitment to stay true to you! Also some travel tips here about fasting with flights and sleep :) much ❤️ people. Hav en god dag. (Danish lol)

Instead of complaints, contemplate 🤔 about money 💰 there’s power in learning about side hustle
We’ve been programmed for so many years based off of our parents and main role models. Just because salesman was a bad slimy yucky term in my house, it made me think less of them growing up. It made me think that money was evil.... well after I learned that I can do good with my money too, hear a story about me selling a waffle maker for 52$ that I got for 2$ from happy Gilmore’s grandma. And then I told work on Monday “GET, ME, OUTTA, HERE!” And they said “Here! Eat this! LEAVE US ALONE.” (More happy Gilmore quotes...) anyways I found freedom of choice from an open mind. Enjoy, like, share or do whatever I don’t really care. :)

Looking forward to Friday? What did today do to you? & You’re human. Stop labeling yourself.
Don’t miss out on opportunities today because you’re going through the motions looking forward to something else. If you’re aware of it, and make connections, you can have moments today that will shape the rest of your life. You might meet your best friend you didn’t even know. Also in the episode, you’re fucking human. Stop allowing yourself to be labeled. If my son came up to me and said dad some kid at last nights game said he had anxiety, what does that mean?? I would respond, it’s that feeling we talked about right before you do something important. Those little butterflies bud. We just call that “priming” in this house. Your body is preparing itself going through checks like an airplane pilot making sure you’re ready. The more practice you do. The less checks it feels like it needs to make. “Yeah dad but he says it makes him have to poop.” Well son his check system said that pizza and chocolate milk he had needs to go before this game starts. Don’t worry about it pal. When you’re excited and turned on, others see that as a negative. It’s really a positive because you’re trying to do something great.

Always Loading Episode 24 - Leverage Series E. 2 Self love, and standing up for what is right
When doing a new Leverage I’ll spend the majority of the time asking questions to get to know the guest until I have a grasp on where the pressure points are. So I don’t start giving advice until later in the podcast.... Have you ever felt stretched thin? Maybe felt like you aren’t that great at saying no? A lot of times when you are accepting a lesser role than you deserve, it’s because you don’t have enough love for yourself to stand up and say something. And if that’s not it, it’s self doubt. When you take a stand and say, “no I’m ready for a bigger role,” you have to back it up with work. And the pressure you put on yourself, is GOOD PRESSURE. Don’t be fooled. We can’t expect to go through life and have something handed to us because we are good people. You GOTTA ASK FOR IT. And let them know, “YOU JUST MADE ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS.” I’ve never not succeeded and I won’t let you down. Then go work and back that shit up. You’re a star, you’re meant to be a star. Don’t be a team player.

Put something on the line if you don’t accomplish your goals.
A recent episode of impact theory also explained this, where we are motivated by different things. And if you do not accomplish one of your goals, you really should discipline yourself. It’s quite simple really. When you set up that discipline BEFORE you try to do your goals, it’s even more powerful. Mine is I can’t eat until I’ve accomplished something usually. Because damn I love food and I will finish the task fast.

One Bold Extroverted Move To Make Introverted Lives Easier! Expectation is what creates friction
So many of us in this arena of life are learned extroverts with the same anxieties and worries as everyone else. We just had Role Models that were more outgoing and had better social skills. And very important! We’ve just developed love for ourselves where we can stand proudly in who we are. When you learn how to state who you are and why you love being someone who gets to know people individually or why you love nerdy things like myself or what ever. two things happen. First, there are no expectations for you to be in the middle of the group being loud, or being anyone you don’t want to be. second, you tell people without saying “this is who I am, take it or leave it, but I love it” there is nothing anyone can say at that point. Even if someone made fun of you, you already stated that you love that part about you, so it’s a quick fuck off to them and they look like the jerk. Learn to love the shit out of yourself and stand in that!

Its easy for Will Smith to be happy but how about people out there in the fight trying to become better and trying not to have regrets. Aaron is an incredible Artist @akburright_ on Instagram and also is a lead singer with Against the Raging Tide. They've been together since 2013 in Newport Oregon.

TIME? No. You tell yourself when you run out of EFFORT. Not time.
Age is not a countdown, there are people that are in their 60s that look and act like they’re 30, and vice versa. It’s never too late to start something or try something. Because if it’s on your mind now? Think about how much it will be in 15 years if you never tried it... also we only know that we get “older and fatter” and blah blah bullshit because of our elders in our family and teachers etc... If you’re 35 and you’ve never met another 35 year old in your life, you would have no idea what you were SUPPOSED TO look and feel like. Stop judging yourself by others self deprecating jokes.
-

Does a silver lining mindset lead to content complacency? Or maybe it’s a false dream?
We’ve all heard the stories of the people that are too stubborn to die, she/he’ll fight till the last day. What about our goals? If you have such a good positive outlook on life, things “happen for a reason,” and you move on. What about questioning and fighting back a bit? I’m not saying let’s mess with fate, but maybe god is testing us to see how much we are willing to fight for that “dream” we say we have.
