This is an interview to learn more about Colin and his experience and the programs he is working on to add value to the industry through a different approach to productivity coaching! Colin has been described as a great leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and has upheld roles in organizations from small start-up companies as well as Fortune 500 companies. Roles which include, CEO, Marketing Director, Regional Director, Sales Manager, and has also started up his own companies.

He has had the pleasure of being a certified behavioural consultant and has helped a number of organizations hire, motivate and help retain top talent by being able to predict behaviours once knowing their personalities.  He also has a tremendous amount of leadership experience and expertise as he has been able to lead large teams to high levels of production and revenue as well as lead large offices in very competitive environments to be able to have record-breaking years.  

He continues to lead his people from being good to greatness while helping them stay balanced with all parts of their lives and helps them find clarity on their purpose and meaning.

Colin has been honored and very lucky to have worked alongside members of the Simon Sinek group and is determined to play his part in making Simon's ideal world a reality.   Where everyone should feel valued and safe at work and feel fulfilled once they get home at the end of the day.
