Wir alle wollten aufwachen. Tiefer fühlen. Uns verbinden. Doch manchmal wird Spiritualität zur Flucht – vor dem Schmerz, vor den eigenen Wunden, vor der Menschlichkeit. In dieser Folge spreche ich über 9 Muster, die viele von uns kennen – auch wenn wir sie lange nicht benennen konnten: Wenn alles sofort positiv sein muss. Wenn wir vergeben, bevor der Schmerz wirklich gefühlt wurde. Wenn wir glauben, weiter zu sein als andere. Wenn wir ins Bewusstsein fliehen und den Körper vergessen. Ich glaube, die spirituelle Szene befindet sich gerade in einer überfälligen Phase der Klärung. Und die eigentliche Medizin ist einfacher als wir denken – und gleichzeitig das Mutigste, was wir tun können: fühlen. Wirklich fühlen. Denn echte Spiritualität beginnt nicht über den Wolken. Sie beginnt in deinem Körper.
