A new symptom. A new decision. A new responsibility. Another moment where you feel like you are just trying to keep your head above water. As a wife walking through early-onset dementia caregiving, overwhelm can quietly become your normal. You move from one urgent moment to the next, living in constant reaction mode, carrying more than you were ever meant to carry on your own. But here is the truth you need to hold onto today: Overwhelm does not mean you are failing. It means you are carrying something heavy, and God is inviting you to stop carrying it alone.
