I am so glad you are here!If you are a mom in recovery from addiction and have found yourself caught up in the hamster wheel of doing unhealthy fitness patterns such as obsessively overtraining, fad diets, quick weight loss fixes or even surgeries because you do not feel good in your body since having babies or getting clean, then this is the place for you. I know the pain and struggle of being a former athlete, extremely fit to getting clean and turning to food for comfort, then abusing my body with intense fitness workouts with the mindset that I am not still good enough. Then repeating that viscous cycle again when I gave birth to our two beautiful babies while being in recovery and not being able to” bounce back” quick enough to look like I did before.
