Q&A: Burnout + Goals for 2024

I’ve been playing sports my entire life.. 3 sport athlete in HS, and now that my senior year is coming to an end I will be playing 1 sport in college. Mental Health, Overcoming Addiction, Shame, and Performance with Chris Logan
This session we interviewed Chris Logan. I am truly honored to have him share his thoughts about life throughout this session, his story will hopefully inspire you or someone you know. Chris works as a counselor for primarily individuals dealing with substance abuse, he has also worked with adolescents, adults, military veterans, first responders and families and held positions as a case manager, counselor, crisis interventionist, residential program manager and currently a program supervisor. After battling his own alcoholism and addiction for over 17 years, Chris became sober in February 2006. Seeing the benefits of his own recovery and new outlook on life, he began helping others find themselves and see there is truly a better way to live life. He and I just got back from an Off The Grid Therapy trip this past weekend, and I am honored to have him speak to you for todays Mindset Session!
