With firsthand experience navigating life with six chronic illnesses, Helene openly shares her journey including multiple surgeries for Endometriosis, pelvic floor botox, egg freezing as well as her experience with a life threatening condition called Intussusception. Helene has spoken at endometriosis awareness events, been featured in Take 5 magazine, and won the prestigious Stevie Award in New York for product innovation. Through social media, public speaking, and her podcast, Helene is committed to breaking the stigma around chronic illness and creating a space for education, validation, and support. Bec is a registered Osteopath and a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a clinical interest in women’s health. Rebecca has worked in Brisbane for over a decade and has recently moved to the Sunshine Coast with her young family. Bec is passionate about womxn's health and endo care. Her clinical interests include pelvic health, pelvic floor dysfunction, persistent pelvic pain, endometriosis, pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum, breastfeeding support and fertility support. Rebecca is one of very few Osteopaths who have completed further training in internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment.
