    This is a 20 minute yin yoga class. It is my first time recording a yoga practice other than yoga Nidra. I’m excited to explore this new avenue for this podcast. Yin yoga has always been a big passion in my life. Your yoga practice can be a beautiful tool to not only quiet the mind but also release tension that has habitually formed in our bodies.
