Now, before you make judgements about what that is, let me tell you it is starkly different from what we would call ‘yoga’ here in the west. Kashi first appeared on the show back on episode 82 where he detailed how this system of strength was born from a culture at war for thousands and thousand of years. Go back and listen to that if you haven’t heard it. It was a hell of an episode It was an honour to have Kashi back in the gym today.
