I'm excited to welcome **Andrew Keaveney** to the podcast.Andrew is a breathwork and meditation coach, filmmaker, and educator with the Art of Living Foundation in the United States. After graduating from Stanford University, he spent four years living in an ashram in India, immersing himself in the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Today, he continues to make these powerful practices accessible to people around the world through workshops, coaching, and digital media. His meditation videos have attracted more than 500,000 views across social platforms, helping thousands discover simple, effective tools to reduce stress and improve well-being.Andrew is also the filmmaker behind a compelling micro-documentary exploring how breathwork is being used as a supportive intervention for individuals recovering from opioid addiction in America's Rust Belt. His work highlights the growing recognition that healing begins by addressing the root causes of stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation—not simply managing symptoms. In this episode, we'll explore how intentional breathing and meditation can transform physical and emotional health, improve sleep, increase energy, reduce anxiety, and help us build lasting healthy habits. We'll also discuss Andrew's **Dry January: Mindful Edition** initiative, designed for those who are "sober curious" and looking for healthier ways to manage stress, improve their mood, and create meaningful lifestyle changes that extend far beyond January. If you've ever wondered how something as simple as your breath can become one of the most powerful tools for healing, resilience, and living with greater intention, you won't want to miss this inspiring conversation. You can learn more about Andrew:https://www.instagram.com/andrew.keaveney/ https://www.instagram.com/artoflivingboone/ https://www.instagram.com/artoflivingusa/

Seeing Life Through Rose-Colored Glasses: Finding Magic, Joy & Reinvention with Terry Bean

Please welcome my next guest, Terry Bean—a woman whose life has been guided by optimism, reinvention, and the belief that magic can be found in every chapter of life.Terry has always viewed the world through rose-colored glasses, seeing beauty, possibility, and transformation where others may only see challenges. That perspective began early, when she played Mother Nature in a fourth-grade school play—walking onto a dark and messy stage and leaving it transformed in beauty. It became a symbol for how she would move through life with compassion, curiosity, and hope. After studying Communications and Marketing at the University of Hartford, Terry built a successful career spanning Manhattan, Connecticut, and Florida. She helped launch a thriving property management company, later earned her Broker’s License, and purchased her own real estate company. Like many, she faced the challenges of reinvention after the 2007 crash, exploring new ventures while staying rooted in her creative spirit. In 2014, Terry wrote a magical story that she knew one day would come to life. That story became ABRACADABRA—a reflection of her heart, imagination, and belief in the power of perspective.Today, Terry is in a quieter and deeply meaningful season of life, back in New York caring for her mother. She now feels called to bring more simplicity, joy, love, and laughter into a world that often feels complicated.Join us for a heartfelt conversation about resilience, reinvention, embracing life’s seasons, and finding the magic that has been within us all along.https://terrybeanauthor.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/terry-bean/https://www.youtube.com/@thewisebeanofficialhttps://www.facebook.com/thewisebeanhttps://www.instagram.com/thewisebeanofficial/https://www.tiktok.com/@thewisebeanofficial

So, if you're a woman over 40 or 50 looking to thrive in this next chapter of life — you're in the right place.Today’s episode is a refreshingly honest conversation about midlife — the kind most women wish someone had years ago.Midlife is often portrayed as a time when life finally settles into calm and comfort. But for many women, the reality is something entirely different — a powerful, messy, and deeply transformative chapter that asks us to rethink everything we thought we knew about ourselves. In this candid and empowering episode of Susan LoPresti Wellness: Mind Body & Soul, Susan welcomes author Angela Burk, whose bold book REAL GIRLS GUIDE TO MIDLIFE breaks through the polished myths about aging “gracefully” and tells the truth about what women actually experience during this stage of life.Angela shares her personal story of reinvention after divorcing at 45 while raising three young sons. Instead of following the script she had been living for decades, she chose to rebuild her life on her own terms — navigating career shifts, blended family life, long-distance love, and the emotional and physical rollercoaster of midlife. With humor, honesty, and compassion, Angela opens up about the topics many women feel are too uncomfortable to discuss: the realities of menopause, the evolution of friendships, dating and relationships later in life, changing bodies, and those late-night moments when we question our purpose and the direction of our lives. But at its heart, this conversation is not about loss — it’s about liberation. Angela reminds us that midlife can be the moment when women finally reclaim their voices, their confidence, and their power. In this episode, you’ll discover:• Why midlife often becomes a powerful wake-up call for women• The emotional and physical realities of menopause that many women face• How life transitions like divorce can become opportunities for reinvention• Why friendships and relationships often shift during midlife• How women can stop shrinking themselves and start living boldlyIf you’ve ever felt like you were supposed to have everything figured out by now — or if you’re ready to embrace this next chapter of life with honesty and courage — this conversation will deeply resonate with you.Midlife isn’t the end of the story. For many women, it’s the beginning of finally living as their most authentic self. 🌿✨https://www.realgirlsguide.com/

The Health Revolution You Can’t Ignore: How AI Is Changing Everything

Welcome to the Susan LoPresti Wellness: Mind, Body & Soul podcast — the go-to space for midlife and mature women who are ready to reclaim their health, boost their energy, and live long, vibrant, and purposeful lives. Each week, we dive deep into natural wellness, holistic healing, anti-aging strategies, and healthy lifestyle habitsto help you feel your best — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether you're navigating menopause, workingthrough chronic conditions, or simply wanting to age gracefully and intentionally, this show is your sanctuary for science-backed insights, powerful stories, and soul-nourishing inspiration. So, if you're a woman over 40 or 50 looking to thrive in this next chapter of life — you're in the right place. My guest today is Hunter Ziesing. From a young age Hunter feared aging. Both of his grandfathers had heart attacks before 50. He was determined not to let my genetic risk define him. But back then, he didn’t have the tools we have today — tools that let us understand risk, build a prevention strategy, and take control. So he started building his own program, armed with knowledge from voices like Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, Gabrielle Lyon, David Sinclair, and Rhonda Patrick. But he quickly ran into a problem: they all said different things. Even when they agreed, his primary care doctor wouldn’tsupport it. He looked for a new provider — but found most people trying to sell him something: peptides, supplements, hormoneoptimization, hyperbaric chambers. Maybe those things help. But it’s hard to trust advice from someone whose solution is always a product they sell. He started wondering: "Am I the only onestuck here?" So he talked to hundreds of people in the longevity space — high performers, athletes, busy professionals. And they all said the same thing:- Overwhelmed by conflicting information- Unsure who to trust- Gaslit by the traditional medical system That’s when he teamed up with Dr. Jahan Fahimi and launched **Longevity Health.**Hunter Ziesing, is the co-founder of Longevity Health, a physician-led wellness platform pioneering how consumers access and understand their health data. His background spans two decades in health and wellness, including years spent raising millions for cancer research and directing The Charity of Choice Foundation, which drew support from Secretary of State John Kerry. Our conversation today will center around how emerging technology, especially AI, will reshape our relationships with health providers. Hunter is convinced that AI will replace your primary doctor in five years.  I think you will find it fascinating to listen to Hunter discuss how advanced testing, personalized care, and wearable data are converging to offer a holistic view of health in a way only recently possible. His upcoming Longevity AI project will deliver affordable wellness for just $10/month, truly putting preventive health in everyone’s hands.www.longevityhealth.me #AIInHealthcare #FutureOfWellness #PreventiveHealth #LongevityHealth#HealthTechnology #DataDrivenWellness #PersonalizedHealth#HealthInnovation #AIForGood #DigitalHealth #SusanLoPrestiWellness#WellnessMindBodySoulPodcast #PodcastInterview #HealthTalks#WellnessCommunity #InspiringConversations
