    #149 - Being Seen

Our greatest limitation as humans is that we can't know what it is like to see ourselves from a truly separate point of view. We are stuck with our incomplete awareness. This is a blessing and a curse. But it's also what makes like compelling. -Buy my book here: https://barefootsprinter.com/pages/bts

#148 - You Are Alone. And That's Okay.

You were born alone and you will die alone. Though you will have relationships and connections along the way, no one will ever truly know you. Living is a lonely business, and that's okay. It's the way it was meant to be. Because of this separation we can experience the rejoining of wholeness in part that will one day be restored in full. -Preorder my book here - https://barefootspritner.com/pages/bts

#147 - You Judge What You Reject About Yourself

Your judgements show what you reject about yourself. Which means they are both the sign of your insecurity and the inroad to your cure. Sitting with the discomfort is how you learn more.-Preorder my book here: https://barefootsprinter.com/pages/bts

#146 - Moving On By Letting Go

All things move in seasons. The only way to move with the flow of life is to let go of what no longer serves you. Just as trees let go of leaves they worked hard to cultivate just a few months prior, we too must let go of the "stuff" of our past to make way for a more true future. In other words - you can't catch a ball if your hands are full.-Preorder my book here: https://barefootsprinter.com/pages/bts

#145 - Why Do I Feel So Guilty All The Time?

We experience life as a story highlighted by our beliefs. But what happens when we end up rehearsing old parts from an outdated script? How do we read the "writing on the wall" to know when it's time to change? How do we navigate the discomfort of change... Even when it's a positive transition? I wrestle with these questions as I reflect on my own sense of scarcity and chronic guilt.-Preorder my book here: https://barefootsprinter.com/pages/bts

#144 - I Have My Low Days Too

The hard part about life is that no-one has all the answers for you. Some days you have clarity and inspiration. Other days you feel lost in the desert. The work is to keep showing up. In this session I talk through some feelings. Thanks in advance for listening.-Preorder my book here: https://barefootsprinter.com/pages/bts

#143 - A Strong Family Is The Enemy Of The State

I've been thinking about the impact of a unified multi-generational family. I believe it's the strongest possible thing you could build with your life and effort. Which is why it is such a threat to the state. I explain more in this episode as I work out my thoughts on the matter.-Preorder my book here: https://barefootsprinter.com/pages/bts

#138 - Being An Athlete Is Not The Same As Being Athletic

#132 - Athlete Nutrition Guide Audiobook

Many moons ago I became interested in sleep, nutrition, and recovery. I studied a bunch of stuff and wrote my own e-book about it as part of my learning. I sold this as a bonus for my programs. I'm posting it here because it's a better listening experience than stuffing it on a Google Drive folder. #108 - Rethinking The Entire Training Model

I try to tackle a big topic in this episode to explain how my approach to training has changed over the years. I used to follow programs with rigid sets and reps. Now I don't. I value ability and skill more than muscle as a window dressing. The hard part of answering this question is that it's so context specific to your goals. But most of the goals we claim are baked into a reference point of bodybuilding and what's popular on social media. I suggest a few alternatives.-If you like this, join my free challenge: https://skool.com/wrs/about-Also, please preorder my book "Born To Sprint". #105 - Something New

I love doing podcasts but I've realized that I just like to talk as a way to verbally process. So rather than try to make another interview show and play the podcast game, I'm just going to talk to you.It will take about 10 of these before you start to understand the texture of my mind, but that's fine. And even if you don't and this isn't for you, that's fine too.But I enjoyed this and learned something new. So that's enough for me to keep doing it. #102 - Sugar Fasting, Bacterial Real Estate, and Limiting Protein - Grahamble #1

Welcome to the first Grahamble. Which ironically was how the podcast started. I'll be doing more of these.I've been thinking alot about nutrition recently and making some changes to how I eat. Normally I stay away from the topic because it's so dogmatic. But I wanted to get this out.I've been doing a fruit based diet by day and animal based diet at night. Which is basically one big meal at night with fruit or smaller carb meals throughout the day. More details in the podcast. I'm down about 7-8 pounds over the last few weeks and have felt lighter all around in my training.TO BE CLEAR - This is all my rough interpretation of what I've learned. I'm sure it's not exactly factually correct. And I probably mispronounced Bacteroids the whole time. But feel free to ignore it.
