You don't have to wait to feel better
What does it mean to be the Source of your experience?I’m skipping live channeling this week, so this will take its place. I hope you enjoy.I want to speak on this as simply as I can — in a way that can improve how you feel in a usable way.This perspective I’m sharing with you has been endlessly helpful for me. It’s what gives me the ability to make peace, let things go, and feel safe no matter what. But as with anything I share, filter it through your own discernment. Come to your own conclusions and ways of defining what it means to be Source. Your sense of resonance is your guide.This idea of being the Source of my experience has excited me, empowered me, and confused the living daylights out of me. But a lot of the pieces of this puzzle have been coming together, gradually forming a coherent picture..I have to say, though, the foundation of this understanding has everything to do with observing life as a mirror. We’ve all heard it: as within, so without; as above, so below. Well, I’ve taken this very literally when it comes to making sense out of my life.I approach every experience from the perspective that life is a mirror to my inner experience, always guiding me and helping me deepen my intimacy with myself and life (and the collective). Which means: every moment, on some level, is an opportunity, and is happening for me, not to me.I didn’t wake up with this belief, though. It took a lot of experimenting with it before I finally agreed…yeah, life is reflecting me.This understanding had me questioning my influence. It had me wondering, what’s my role in all of this? My answering that question (while also remaining open to this eventually expanding) has been a result of collaborative learning. I’ve learned quite a bit, extracting the pieces that I resonate the most with, and connecting my own dots of understanding from some brilliant minds. Abraham Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Neville Goddard, and Florence Scovel Shinn, just to name a few.The most common thread connecting each teacher I come across is that we are the Source of our experience by way of our habitual feeling and thinking, consciously or unconsciously.We are individual expressions of this Infinite, unconditionally loving energy.Or as Dr. Joe puts it, our personality creates our personal reality.But let’s make this even more relatable. This is where my experimentation has led me home — to truly understanding and living in practice with this wisdom.We all have desires. We all want things. We all feel this call of expansion.Most of the time, that call comes in response to some dissatisfaction with what is or has been. That desire looks like the solution to the problem or the dissatisfaction we feel. But many of us loop in that cycle of dissatisfaction, never allowing ourselves to feel relief until we’ve gotten this thing or until this person has changed or until the reflection in the mirror is different.But if we are the Source of our experience…then that change in circumstance could never truly resolve our dissatisfaction. We could, however, give ourselves permission to feel relief based on the condition that this thing changes. Do you see what I’m saying here?We tell ourselves all the time, thereby denying our own influence, that it’s the circumstance or the lack of money or the absence of a lover that’s making us miserable. When really, it’s how we’re relating to this present moment that defines how we feel.And how we habitually feel and identify with the moment is what creates our state of being, which ripples out into our behavior, which ripples out into cause and effect (or as Dr. Joe says, causing an effect), which ripples out into observable experience within your external world.(If every part of your being is fighting me on this, then disengage. But if this is freeing you, turning something on in you, then really think about what this can change for you.)I mean, think about it — can you actually control how someone perceives you? Can you actually control what someone decides to do? Can you actually control time or nature or all the little pieces that make up life and allow it to function every moment of every day? Like, directly control it?? No.And if “reality” functions as a mirror, then what’s the only thing you actually need to control (or can control)? You.Your perception.The way you’re defining this moment.The way you’re focusing internally.And what does that influence?→ How you feel. → The thoughts that become available to you. → The ideas you access. → The texture of the experiences you eventually have.Don’t get me wrong, I’m not completely dismissing the external world. We learn through experience (which is what led me to this understanding), but we create/align with new, preferable experiences through our conscious awareness. Our conscious participation with life, on some level.This perspective truly benefits those who most desire to be self-led, spirit-led. What I’m pointing to here is a collaboration with life through consciousness. Using our experiences, which makes our desires apparent, and then using our consciousness to alter our own inner focus, therefore our inner experience. I’m speaking about lived detachment and self-sourced fulfillment.What’s this look like in practice?Let’s say you want your finances to change because when you look at what is, you feel this unbearable sense of dissatisfaction. And logically, you have every right to feel that way, right?But this whole “I am the Source” concept turns that over on its head and brings it into question. Maybe we don’t have to feel dissatisfied with what is if our energetic state of being is influencing our experiences. Maybe we need to change how we’re looking at this moment.I’ve resisted this for a very long time, pleading with my external circumstances to change. Telling myself, I’ll never be free to feel abundant or safe until things change. But the continuing cycle of disappointment that comes from that has taught me the beautiful, yet devastating lesson: I only feel how I feel because of how I’m internally defining the experience or myself within it.It’s my perspective on the situation that dictates how I feel. Not the situation. Not the external circumstance. Not their behavior. Not anything outside of me. In fact, those circumstances or challenges are doing me the great service of highlighting (triggering…hehe) a feeling I’ve been habitually practicing, SUBCONSCIOUSLY. Why? So I have the glorious opportunity of deciding again: is this how I want to continue to feel? Am I ready or willing to shift my perspective, therefore, shift my state? Am I ready or willing to experience something new?Let’s go back to our money example. How do we apply this here?Well, first, we have to become aware that we’re expecting an inanimate object, which we have no direct control over, to change how we feel — which is determined by the way we’re internally focused in that moment.This is where you can use your mind, your thoughts, your imagination (whatever you prefer) to shift your state.If it’s not the numbers in my bank causing me to feel doubtful and shitty, then it must be my less-than-fulfilling thoughts I’m having about it. Which points to me standing in a state of lack or discontent.Just observe this. Don’t judge it.Maybe to feel better, I can resolve that emotional tension (hello tapping), hold space for the emotion that keeps me circling these negative stories, and then gradually guide myself into a gentler, more pleasurable perspective.This is where individual discernment is extra important.This is different for everyone.For me, this looks like tapping through my discomfort around the thoughts I’d been hearing like “there’s not enough” or “will I get more,” etc. Feeling the uncomfortable feelings in my body while tapping (it helps me process them so nothing lingers). And then offering new thoughts.Sometimes I can jump right into imagining things as I want them to be, and it feels delicious.In that moment, I know — I’m the reason I feel good, not the circumstance. I simply used the idea of something I wanted to guide my body into a better feeling state. I did the same thing when I felt bad, but I did it from an unconscious, emotionally unresolved state.Other times, I have to be softer. I have to help myself feel okay with this moment because that’s as far as I can reach. That looks like thinking thoughts like (while tapping) “maybe I’m safe in this moment” or “everything’s okay right now, look around, nothing’s wrong” or “everything might turn out better than I think.” I really just have to meet myself where I am. This process isn’t perfect. It’s a practice of attuning every day. I’m finally starting to understand the ins and outs of this process in a way that I can practice more deeply and share with you guys.To bring this whole conversation home, though…Being the Source of your experience means taking emotional responsibility in the moment. It means taking ownership of your feelings instead of blaming the world around you. That doesn’t mean we don’t have experiences that suck or that destabilize us or trigger us endlessly, but it does mean that each moment is an opportunity. Each moment is a teacher, if we’re willing to learn. And each moment is a new chance for you to feel better and better and better. Because that’s what you deserve.To feel fucking glorious. Learning to feel good within
This is a message about what to do when you feel good and then suddenly feel “off.” The instinct is usually to fix it—change your thoughts, visualize harder, or try to get back to the good feeling. But there’s an energy here around force, and it often keeps you stuck in your head and spinning in stories like “something’s wrong” or “I’m not supported.”What’s really happening is that old emotional patterns can surface in the body, and when they aren’t felt directly, the mind tries to process them through thinking. The shift is learning to stop overriding the feeling and instead meet it in the body with presence. Sagittarius Full Moon: the illumination of doubt

You were never abandoned, cycle breaker
After waking up for days with an old fear getting louder — the fear that something was going to run out — I found myself in a profound moment of reflection, synchronicity (hello, 1010 👀), and deep emotional release. But getting really specific about what you’re resisting and applying the same language will take this transformation even deeper for you.Take it one thing at a time, and tap on your resistance.Literally acknowledge that you want this specific thing to be different and notice the feeling it’s stirring up.Because that feeling is the point. That’s what needs to be felt. That’s what this moment is helping you access. It’s giving you the opportunity to process something ready to be released. It’s this release that will finally unlock that next level you’ve been wishing for.Once you’re finished, take a slow, deep breath in and let it all go. Just notice how you’re feeling. Feel Inspired to Create Again
You have a creative vision you want to see come to life…but you haven’t started. What if it goes better than I expect?
In today’s tapping session, we’re exploring a different way to respond to fear about the future. The reason most of us get stuck in worry and overthinking is that we don’t feel safe in the moment. Today, we’ll learn how to help our body and mind feel grounded, secure, and ready to have faith in where we’re going—no matter what uncertainty is in front of us.This session is designed to help you meet fear with curiosity, release the tension it creates, and practice responding to it instead of being ruled by it. By the end, you’ll have a template to use anytime your mind spirals into “what if” thinking.Who This Session is For* Anyone chasing something important but feeling stuck or uncertain* People worried about the future or caught in “what if” spirals* Anyone facing change or life transitions* Those who want to respond to fear instead of letting it control them* Anyone seeking more ease and confidence when taking actionHow to Prepare* Bring to mind your biggest uncertainty.* Rate your anxiety about it on a 0–10 scale, with 0 being totally calm and 10 being “this keeps me up at night.”* Stay present with your body as we tap. I want you to as you say these statements, notice yourself. Notice your body.Setup Statement (Karate Chop) Repeat 3x:“Even though I keep imagining things won’t work out, and I feel anxious and tense about the future, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and how I feel right now.”Round 1* I keep thinking it might not work out.* My mind jumps straight to the worst-case.* I feel that worry hanging over me.* What if it all falls apart?* I notice the fear creeping in.* My thoughts just keep spinning.* I feel stuck in this doubt.* I can’t stop imagining problems.* I don’t really trust that it’ll be okay.* This fear feels heavy.* I wish I could just feel more certain.* My mind keeps racing.* It’s okay that I’m feeling this right now.Round 2* It’s okay to not know what’s coming.* I don’t have to control every little thing.* I can take a breath and let a bit of tension go.* I can just be here for a moment.* I can notice the fear without judging it.* I’m open to feeling even a tiny bit of ease.* I can let myself stop trying so hard.* Because I can handle whatever comes next.* I don’t need to have all the answers right now.* I can step back and just notice what’s happening.* I can soften a little in my body.* I can give myself permission to pause when the fear gets loud.* I notice that I am safe here, in this moment.Round 3* Even though it’s hard to imagine, I can let a little hope in.* I can picture things going okay, even if just a bit.* I can notice a tiny flicker of possibility.* I can give myself permission to imagine things working out.* I trust I can handle whatever shows up.* Just thinking about it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.* I can allow a little relief in as I notice small wins.* I can welcome good things, slowly and gently.* I can be open to surprises in my favor, no matter how big or small.* Even if it’s tricky, I can let myself feel some excitement.* I can celebrate progress, even the smallest steps.* I can enjoy thinking about things turning out well.* I am ready and willing to see how good things can get.Take a slow, deep breath in and let it all go. Just notice how you’re feeling. Celebrate any noticeable ease you feel now. If you’re super relaxed, that’s a damn good sign you’ve moved some energy.Notice where you are on that intensity rating now, too? Did we move it a bit closer to that 0 mark? Be patient with yourself wherever you are. Make Clear, Powerful Decisions and TRUST THEM
This tapping session is for you if:* You’re feeling stuck, circling a decision that feels too big to commit to fully* You don’t feel safe trusting yourself to follow through once you do commit* You’re experiencing crippling doubt that keeps you stuck instead of taking inspired actionDoubt isn’t a sign that this decision is wrong for you or that you shouldn’t commit. It’s your nervous system reading this level of change as a threat.So instead of forcing yourself forward or backing out completely, we’re going to create safety around this decision. Because when your body feels safe, it stops resisting. And when it stops resisting, you can finally move.That’s where your energy comes back online. That’s where clarity, creativity, and momentum start to open up.Now, bring the decision you’ve been circling to mind.The one that feels big. The one you haven’t fully landed on.Get really honest about what’s coming up around it — the hesitation, the pressure, the doubt.That’s the energy we’re working through today.Notice how intense it feels in your body right now, and just take a mental note of that. We’ll come back to it at the end.Before we start, a few things to keep in mind:* Stay hydrated today — this helps your body process and release what we’re moving* If emotions get intense at the beginning, that’s part of it. Stay with it. It will shift* Yawning, sighing, crying, stretching — all of that is your body releasing tension* Keep your attention in your body and notice anything that comes up* If something clicks or lands, jot it down — you’ll want to remember it* Come back to this as many times as you need until it feels natural to move forwardAlright… let’s get into it. Here are the points:Tap on the Karate Chop and repeat x3“Even though I feel this hesitation around making this decision, and part of me wants to avoid it, I can feel what’s happening in my body, and I deeply accept and love myself through this.”Remember to breathe deeply.ROUND 1: THE HESITATION (make it feel seen)* I keep circling this decision* Like I won’t let myself land in it fully* It feels too big to commit to* And I don’t fully trust myself with it* I don’t know if I’d follow through* Or if I’d mess it up* So I stay in this loop* Thinking about it instead of choosing* The doubt is loud* And honestly… it’s exhausting* I can feel it in my body* This tension… this pressure* Like it’s not safe to actually decideROUND 2: WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING* Maybe this isn’t confusion though* Maybe this is fear of what happens if I actually choose* Because choosing would move things* It would change things* And I’d have to meet myself there* This decision asks more of me* A different level of me* And that feels unfamiliar* So my system throws doubt at me* To keep me in the loop and the familiar* Where I don’t have to risk anything* Where I don’t have to expand* But staying here is its own costROUND 3: GROUNDED RECOMMITMENT* I’m allowed to make decisions that change my life* I’m allowed to choose before I feel ready* I don’t need to prove I can handle it first* I build that trust by moving through the discomfort* I’m done outsourcing my power to doubt* I can feel this fear* And I can still decide* I can hold myself through what comes next* I don’t need to stay in this old loop* I can move* I can choose* I am safe to make this decision* So I am deciding, committing, and trustingTake another deep breath and repeat if your intensity is still high.When you’re finished… Notice how that felt for you.Take a moment to notice what shifted. Even subtle changes count.That sense of softening… of your body relaxing…that’s your first sign that something just moved. That’s progress. Let yourself actually acknowledge that.I encourage you to make tapping a regular practice to get the most out of it. Consistency really is key.You can come back to this script whenever things start to feel loud, overwhelming, or distracting.
