Whether it is to help folks prepare for birth, recover from major procedures, or manage leaks, heaviness, and/or pain, Jillian strives to support adults across the gender spectrum with their pelvic health goals. Dr. Jillian Cerda Ramos implements expert knowledge with trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive care to create a safe environment for recovery and healing. Her extensive background in orthopedics also influences her treatment styles when working with athletes and active individuals, such as mothers looking to return to exercise postpartum.We will be discussing the importance of pelvic floor health, common misconceptions, and tips for support.
