Tracy is the founder and owner of Simply Organized & Staged (S.O.S.), as well as an active RESA® Member (who has attended all but one RESACON). Tracy stresses the significance of educating real estate agents about the value of home staging to enhance their business prospects. She shares that she had grown tired of answering the same questions from sellers and realized that by educating her agents, they could sell her services for her and answer questions from sellers more effectively. This led Tracy to devise a plan to ensure that her agents had the necessary knowledge to answer questions about her services, leading to improved communication with sellers.
