If Your Message Is Stronger Than the Messenger: Wes Towers on Authenticity as the Last Real Edge in an AI World

In a world where anyone can generate a polished, professional post in thirty seconds — what's left that actually builds trust? Wes Towers has spent over twenty years running Uplift 360, helping trades, construction and industrial businesses get found, get trusted, and get chosen online. He learnt it on the job, not in a lecture theatre. But the reason he's on this show isn't the SEO — it's a conviction about the AI-saturated moment we're all marketing into: that authenticity, sounding genuinely like yourself, is now the only real competitive edge left. What we get into: Why the niche found him — and the Taoist "Wu Wei" idea of doing by not doing, letting the muddy water settle until the clarity arrives "If your message is stronger than the messenger" — why the reluctant self-promoter is often the most trustworthy The AI trust collapse: why we're automating the wrong things (the creative, the human) and keeping the wrong ones A business is like an original painting — a perfect forgery is worth only the canvas once it's exposed. Authenticity carries the story, and the story is the value. Built. Trusted. Chosen. — treating the client, not the lead funnel, as the next wave of marketing Why the goal of social media is to get people off social media — and the humble power of a photo in your email footer How good marketing repels the wrong people and makes the sale feel half-done before you speak Plus — Shaun on AI as a brush: it's just a tool, and we decide the strokes. The human moat has to go around it. Find Wes: book a strategy call at uplift360.com.au, and ask yourself the question he'd want you to — does your online presence genuinely sound like you? The Skills Gap They Call a Character Flaw: Jennifer Dechaine on Burnout, Regulation and Why You Were Never Broken

What if the thing you've been calling a character flaw was just a skill nobody ever taught you? Jennifer Dechaine spent over two decades in sales — thirteen years selling, ten leading teams — and burned out twice along the way. That's not a footnote in her story; it's the reason for her work. She's the founder of Congruent Projects and creator of the Human Foundations framework, built on one sharp idea: we recruit driven, capable people, assume they already know how to regulate themselves under pressure, and then call it a personal failing when they break under the weight of skills no one ever named. What we get into: Leading a 100-person homebuilder through COVID while absorbing four roles — and the moment her body started shutting her down The turn most people miss: watching her own team burn out modelling her, and realising "this ends when I say it does" Why hard work and hustle have a dark side — "it's not a question of if, it's a matter of when" The regulation-timing method: literally measuring the gap between a stressor and readiness to problem-solve, and shrinking it from two hours to ten minutes Confidence as a learnable skill, not a personality trait you're born with or without The external-validation trap — and how needing the pat on the back leaves you open to being controlled Why the freeze before the offer isn't a flaw to fix — it's a gap to fill Plus — Shaun on why the freeze at the offer is a releasable charge, not a verdict on who you are. You're Not Behind. You're Just Still in Park: Willie Blake on the 2% Rule and the Chains That Keep You Hiding

What if you're not behind — you're just still in park? Coach Willie Blake was diagnosed with dyslexia in first grade and spent most of his life believing he was broken. He hid it, doubled his workload to reach average, and chased perfection to cover the gap. Then at 21 he found a statistic — 95% of CEOs read fifty or more books a year — and picked up a small purple book he could barely get through. He's since spoken from over 500 stages, hosts the podcast Light Beyond Limits, and coaches professionals and entrepreneurs out of self-doubt and into momentum. What we get into: The moment the story flipped: not dyslexia is bad, but what if the wiring is the advantage? Why "I don't know" stops your thinking dead — and the single word that reopens it The two chains Willie sees most: not knowing, and caring what they think Why exposure, not time, is what actually shifts a fear — start with one friend and a screen The 2% Rule — and why, if the step still feels too big, you haven't broken it down far enough Why the perfect plan from ChatGPT is worth nothing if the car never leaves park Building irrefutable evidence that you are who you say you are Why nobody has ever seen a Fortune 500 company with one employee Plus — Shaun on hiding behind admin, hiding behind free advice, hiding behind the shoulds, and how Elon Musk breaking a car company down to the price of copper is the 2% Rule wearing a suit. I Am the Offer: Jon Symes on the Invisible Stories Underneath the Sales Freeze

What if the thing tightening in your chest before you name your price was written before you could talk? Jon Symes is a mentor, speaker, and founder of Whole & Free. For over twenty years he's helped leaders and people in transition uncover the invisible stories that shape how they think, lead, relate and live. He calls the work Narrative Liberation, and his book The Stories That Are Killing Us arrives at the end of the year. What we get into: Why stories operate like an operating system — running underneath every decision, never surfacing into conscious thought The distinction that reframes everything: the story isn't what happened, it's the meaning we gave to what happened Why selling is the pressure situation that tracks all the way back to am I really enough to be here? — especially for coaches, where you are the offer The two things Jon found that let him sell almost anything: deep rapport, and congruence Why authenticity in sales doesn't mean whole, healed and complete — it means here I am, and I'm letting you see me Narrative Liberation, step by step: recognise the discomfort as a signal, find the story, lose it, step into one large enough to hold you Midlife redefined — not an age, but the moment your stories run out of utility Why the stories aren't the enemy: the ones to watch are the ones limiting your choices without you knowing Plus — Shaun shares the story of his father, a twenty-five-year career soldier, and the reframe that changed how he leads: his dad's story was never control. It was protecting his sons. Find Jon: his free five-day Mid-Life Reset Challenge is at wholeandfree.me/free — and watch for The Stories That Are Killing Us, out at the end of the year. In this episode: Why "most companies don't have a sales problem, they have a clarity problem" — and what that really means The fear of niching down — and why trying to be everything to everyone quietly keeps you small "When it's good, it's me; when it's bad, it's me" — radical founder responsibility as the unlock Delegation vs. abdication: why your revenue stays your job even after you hire "People don't do what you expect — they do what you inspect" Getting used to your own "stink": why you can't see your own business's easy wins from the inside The CEO's four non-delegables — and what has to shift before any system will hold Plus — Shaun on the bankruptcy that taught him "inspect, don't expect," and why letting go comes before building the structure. Regina Huber on the Invisible Success Trap — When Success Stops Feeling Like Success

What happens when you've done everything right — and success still doesn't feel like success? Regina Huber is a Freedom-First Leadership Coach, speaker, author, and host of the Rise to Lead podcast. Born in a tiny German village and shaped by an adventurous life across five continents — from Boston Consulting Group to her own businesses in Argentina, Brazil and the US — she helps leaders and business owners stop losing themselves in their own success. Everything she does is in the service of freedom, which she describes not as a location or a lifestyle, but as an inner state. In this episode: Why freedom is an inner state, not a place — and how leaders gradually lose themselves on autopilot The trap of over-consistency, over-discipline and over-control — and where the line actually is "Majoring in minors": why busywork and administrivia feel so safe, and what they're really avoiding Harmony over balance — why balance is a goal you can never reach, and presence is the one you can Identity vs essence: peeling the onion as the world (and AI) changes faster than ever The A-Life Method — her six-step path (Assess, Awaken, Activate, Alchemize, Align, Act) back to being fully alive The Invisible Success Trap: when your life quietly becomes a performance instead of a life Plus — Shaun on the mentor who told him "people don't run businesses, processes do," and the question Regina asks herself every single morning. Go for No: Andrea Waltz on Why Hearing No Is the Fastest Path to Yes

What if the word you've spent your whole career avoiding is the one that grows your business fastest? Andrea Waltz is the co-creator of Go for No! — a bestselling book and mindset philosophy that's sold more than half a million copies and helped entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide change their relationship with rejection. With her husband and writing partner Richard Fenton, she's spent more than 20 years as a speaker and trainer, focused not on technique but on the emotional side of growth: why capable people hesitate, avoid asking, and hold themselves back. In this episode: The suit-shop question that started it all: "What did that customer say no to?" Why "go for no" is the opposite of saying no to others — and how hearing no leads to more yeses The no-goal: collect a target number of no's, reverse-engineered from your close rate The two ways people interpret a no — and which one quietly destroys businesses No as market feedback: when to tweak the offer, and when to simply make more offers Why "easy yeses lead to little successes" — and what your pushback rate says about your pricing Attract and reject: how saying who you're not for makes the right people say yes Plus — Shaun on letting go of the sting so you can keep the lesson, and the mentor who taught him "you can only grow what you can measure." Build Yourself and the Wins Will Come — Daryl Dittmer on Sales, State & Showing Up

What if the reason selling feels so stressful was never really about the sale at all? Daryl Dittmer came up in a blue-collar family, hit a crossroads at 19, and got into sales almost by accident — going on to become the top producer, earn his way into ownership, and become the second-largest shareholder of a company that sold for nearly ten billion dollars. He's built and exited multiple businesses, and today he trains people in sales and in life through Show Up Built to Win. He's the author of the memoir When I Stop Fighting, and he lives in the mountains of North Georgia with his wife Kristina. In this episode: Why the difficulty in sales — and life — is "front-loaded," and what's waiting on the other side "Build yourself, and the wins will come" — the five things Daryl builds before any technique The panic-attacks-before-meetings beginning, and what "keep showing up" actually demanded Why the stress of a $1,000 deal and a $100,000 deal is identical — and what he did about it The 10-minute shift that quietly strips a surprising amount of stress out of your day Protecting your energy: quiet time, breath work, and a no-BS policy on toxic people The mentor, Bud, and the line Daryl's been "chewing down for 40 years" Plus — Shaun and Daryl discover they each hit their own crossroads at 19, and the conversation goes somewhere neither expected. Barb Nangle on Internal Safety: The Hidden Reason Heart-Led Coaches Freeze at the Offer

What if the reason you freeze at the offer — the discount, the soften, the give-it-away — was never a sales problem at all? Barb Nangle is a boundaries coach, speaker, author, and host of the Fragmented to Whole podcast. After nearly 40 years of therapy and personal development, she walked into 12-step recovery at 52 and discovered the real issue had never been a lack of insight — it was the absence of internal safety. Today she helps professional women stop over-giving, take themselves seriously, and build the internal safety that healthy boundaries actually require. In this episode: Why you can't build internal safety by chasing approval, income, or appearance out in the world The difference between the discomfort of dysfunction and the discomfort of growth — and how to choose "Discomfort doesn't mean danger" — calming your nervous system in the exact moment you're about to cave Guilt vs. shame, why guilt is not an instruction, and the intergenerational weight most of us are carrying What "stop overriding yourself in real time" actually looks like on a sales call Why filling your own cup first isn't selfish — it's the only way to pour from the overflow Plus — Shaun offers a guilt reframe Barb had never heard before, and the conversation keeps going after the mic goes quiet. Personality Isn't a Label, It's a Doorway: Arky Jones on Stoicism, Self-Awareness and the Pattern Interrupt That Changes Everything

Why do you react the way you react? Why do you keep repeating patterns you know aren't serving you? Most people ask this question once and move on. Arky Jones built an entire platform around it. Arky is the creator of PersonalityPeek — a self-awareness tool ten years in the making, blending personality frameworks with Stoic philosophy. His core belief: personality isn't a label you wear, it's a doorway into something deeper. In this episode we explore: The road rage moment that changed how Arky related to his own reactions forever Why Marcus Aurelius's Meditations — a birthday gift from his kids — became a life-altering text The dichotomy of control: what's actually yours to manage, and what never was Why your strengths cast shadows — and how to find the gift hiding in your blind spots The three-stage framework: the Stoic way, the surrender way, and the Peak way Why personality gives you language, Stoicism gives you tools, and releasing is the missing step between knowing and doing Plus — the pile-of-rocks thought experiment that reveals why "busy" isn't the same as meaningful. Busy Doesn't Mean Meaningful: Scott Maderer on Time, Talent, Treasures and the Courage to Change

Content note: this episode includes an honest discussion of financial crisis and suicidal thoughts. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a crisis line or trusted professional. Scott Maderer was a school teacher earning $30,000 a year, $64,000 in debt — double his annual income — and driving home alone on a dark, curvy road each night. He had a plan. And then, by chance, a voice on the radio told a story close enough to his own that something shifted. What followed was a journey that took Scott and his wife Carrie from radical debt payoff to building Inspired Stewardship — a coaching business built on the deceptively simple idea that when you align your time, your talent and your treasures with who you actually are, everything changes. In this episode we explore: The night Scott planned to end his life — and the strange detail that kept him from doing it Why time and money are never actually the problem — they're just where the real problem shows up The pile-of-rocks thought experiment: what "busy" actually costs you Why coaches struggle to see their own blind spots — even when they help others see theirs every day The puzzle that's never finished — and why that's the point What it actually means to manage yourself instead of your time Plus — the moment his own coach told him his life was such a mess she didn't think he'd survive without help. When To Create Success, You Abandoned Your Heart: Shakti Sharma on Feminine Wealth, Energy and the Blocks Nobody Talks About

At 33 years old, eight months pregnant, at the peak of a 12-year corporate career spanning JP Morgan, investment banking and management consulting, Shakti Sharma had an argument with her husband. A small argument. Nothing life-threatening. And it broke her open completely. Alone in a hotel room, crying for hours, she heard a voice inside herself she had never accessed before. A motherly voice. And it said: "To create success, you have abandoned your heart." That moment gave birth to the Feminine Wealth Movement — and to a completely different understanding of what selling actually is. Shakti Sharma is a wealth strategist, intuitive entrepreneur, and founder of the Feminine Wealth Movement. Having scaled to $600K+ and helped over 1,200 clients transform their relationship with money, business and themselves, she brings something most sales conversations never touch: the energetics underneath the strategy. In this episode we explore: Why selling is a transference of energy — and what quantum physics has to do with your conversion rate The difference between forcing a sale and attracting the right vibrational match Why excitement is your true wealth compass — and what it means when it goes quiet How Shakti lost her business during the pandemic — and what she learned about manifesting destruction The difference between making money and keeping it — and why the second is so much harder to talk about What internal alignment actually looks like before you make an offer Plus — the moment a client booked Shakti's session because they felt called to during meditation. The True Self Is in the Trunk: Larry Kesslin on Reclaiming Who You Were Born to Be

Most people spend their entire lives chasing happiness — and wonder why it keeps moving. Larry Kesslin spent 35 years on a spiritual journey, studied under some of the world's greatest teachers, travelled five continents, wrote four books, and raised two extraordinary children. And then, eight days after a life-changing experience, the light bulb went on for everything. What he found wasn't a new framework. It was a return to something ancient and simple: the self that was in the trunk all along. Larry is a TEDx speaker, author, and purpose-driven coach. His latest book The Joy Molecule weaves together eight extraordinary human stories — from a young man who grew up in a Ugandan slum and joined a gang at nine, to a quadriplegic who became a world champion wheelchair rugby coach — and distils five hard-won lessons about what joy actually requires of us. In this episode we explore: Why happiness and joy are not the same thing — and why the difference changes everything The sky, clouds and weather analogy that explains why most people never find peace Why your true self is in the trunk — and what the project of adulthood actually is The 20-something rule: from birth to 20 the world tells you who to be; from 20 to death, you decide Why using thinking to fix thinking just multiplies the noise What Larry learned in Africa that completely redefined success, significance and poverty The Spark Cards — 54 questions designed to replace "what do you do?" with conversations that actually matter Plus — the moment Larry's spirit left his body and what it taught him about being human. Why You Keep Making the Easy Calls: Joe Arnao on Misalignment, Identity and the 4W Framework

Have you ever caught yourself making the easy calls? Taking the low-hanging fruit, staying busy with planning and conceptual work, avoiding the hard conversations — not because you're lazy, but because something deeper isn't aligned? Joe Arnao spent five years carrying that heaviness before he understood what it actually was. Not a motivation problem. Not a skill problem. An alignment problem. Joe is an alignment strategist and the creator of the 4W Strategic Identity Process — a framework built around four deceptively simple questions: Who are you? What do you need? Where do you thrive? And why does it matter? In this episode we explore: The subtle signs of misalignment that most high performers never recognise until they're exhausted Why pushing harder is often the worst thing you can do when the rock won't move The child photo exercise that helped Joe reconnect with his purest sense of self How alignment changes the quality of your conversations — from pressure-filled to natural flow Why "the right fit should be discovered, not sold" applies to every business decision you make Plus — the moment Joe called back two major firms and said "don't even consider me, I'm out." The Obnoxious Neighbour: Dr. David Fish on Why You Can't Keep Anxiety Out — And Why You Shouldn't Try

Seventy-five percent of people experience performance anxiety. That includes Horowitz — reputedly the world's greatest pianist — whose wife had to physically push him onto the Carnegie Hall stage. It includes Shohei Ohtani, who led the Dodgers to the World Series and then admitted how nervous he was for a homecoming exhibition game in Tokyo. And it almost certainly includes you. Dr. David Lee Fish holds a PhD and has spent decades helping professionals who are brilliant at what they do but freeze the moment they have to perform in front of others — whether that's a stage, a boardroom, a job interview, or a sales conversation. His approach has an unlikely origin. He developed it independently through Zen practice, then discovered that he had studied under the same Korean master as Jon Kabat-Zinn — the therapist who brought mindfulness into mainstream medicine. They arrived at the same place independently. In this episode we explore: Why performance anxiety has nothing to do with confidence — and why more practice won't fix it The three conditions that trigger speech fright every time Why your sympathetic nervous system is an ancient bodyguard doing its job — and why fighting it makes everything worse The READ method: Remember, Engage, Accept, Detach — and why detachment is something that happens, not something you do Why the exhale — not the inhale — is the signal that tells your body the threat is over How the obnoxious neighbour at your party is the perfect analogy for anxiety you stop fighting Plus — the moment Yamara Sensei, a Zen tea ceremony master, admitted his deepest aspiration: just once, to perform the ceremony without a single intrusive thought. The Identity Shift Nobody Talks About: Cathy Derksen on Why 92% Want to Write a Book But Only 5% Do

Did you know that 92% of people have writing a book on their bucket list — but only 5% ever do? According to today's guest, the gap isn't talent, time, or ability. It's an identity shift that most people never make. Cathy Derksen is the founder of Inspired Tenacity, a 23-time Amazon number one bestselling author, international speaker and coach who has helped dozens of people step into their story, share their wisdom, and leave a legacy through collaborative publishing. In this episode we explore: What's actually happening in the body before someone says yes to sharing their story Why imposter syndrome isn't the real problem — and what is The concept of Flexor Tenacity — knowing when to hold and when to let go How a 75-year-old woman went from "nobody wants to hear what I have to say" to three solo books and a YouTube channel Why community is the shortcut most solo authors never find Cathy's mantra through her own three-career journey, single motherhood, and complete reinvention: "Chin up. What if the most powerful skill in a sales conversation is one you're already doing — just not in your sales conversations? In this episode, Shaun Enright breaks down Springboarding — the art of going three levels deep before you present anything — and why it immediately changes your conversions, the depth of your client relationships, and how accurately you understand the person in front of you. Using a story about his late father's one-trick approach to rapport, the Monday morning catch-up, and a little Italian restaurant in Barangaroo, Shaun shows why most heart-led coaches and consultants lose the sale not because of their offer or their price — but because they respond to level one when the real buying decision lives at level three. You'll walk away with a simple set of phrases you can use in your very next conversation, a clear map of how Connection questions differ from Analyze questions inside the C.A.R.E. Framework, and one immediately actionable next step that will change how every client conversation feels — for both of you. Because as Dan Lok puts it — people don't buy from you because they understand what you sell. They buy from you because they feel understood. And when clients feel understood... they buy the goods. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE Why going three levels deep changes everything in a sales conversation The difference between Connection questions and Analyze questions — and when to use each The simplest Springboarding phrases you can start using today Why your client's exact words are more important than anything you could say How to stop waiting to pitch and start genuinely listening LINKS & RESOURCES 🌐 Website: zenright.com.au 📅 Book a conversation: calendly.com/saenright01/30minute 📧 Email: [email protected] CONNECT WITH SHAUN If today's episode landed for you — share it with a coach or consultant who needs to hear it. Ideal Weight Deep Mind Alignment

Take a deep breath… And just imagine for a moment—what if your body already knew how to return to balance? In this guided episode, we invite your unconscious mind to begin aligning with your healthiest, most energised weight—not through willpower or restriction, but through deep, effortless recalibration. You'll explore the truth: that ideal weight is not just a number, but a state—of ease, of flow, of freedom in your body and mind. We gently release the old patterns—comfort eating, punishment cycles, or body sabotage—and replace them with calm, inner clarity. Here, your unconscious mind learns that safety, nourishment, and confidence can all coexist. That feeling good doesn't need to wait. That your body is not your enemy—it's your partner in wellbeing. So if you're ready to begin that shift—not through pressure, but through peace—press play. Let your mind and body reconnect. And let that alignment become your new normal. Deep Mind Alignment for Passive Income Streams

Creating passive income isn't just about strategy—it's about alignment. In this episode, we take you on a guided inner journey to unconscious beliefs about money, worth, effort, and success which could be the real reason your passive income dreams keep stalling. Because here's the truth: If your deeper mind believes wealth is unsafe, undeserved, or always hard-earned… it will quietly block opportunities, delay action, or keep you stuck in busywork. Through hypnosis and deep mind transformation, we remove those invisible brakes. We install new patterns that support abundance, ease, and permission to receive—without guilt or sabotage. Passive income becomes possible when your identity matches your intention. This is where real freedom begins—not just financial, but mental and emotional too. If you're building a life where money flows even when you're not "on," this episode is a must. Align your mind, and let the streams start flowing. My name is Shaun Enright, and for over 20 years I've been helping people create meaningful change in areas such as stress, health, relationships, finances, and performance. By combining hypnosis with advanced neuro-linguistic techniques, I've guided thousands to break free from the habits that have held them back. If you've ever tried to change a behaviour—like procrastination, emotional eating, overthinking, or self-doubt—you've probably heard the same advice: push harder, stay motivated, use willpower. But if you've ever felt stuck or frustrated despite doing your best, it's not a lack of effort—it's simply that conscious effort can only go so far. Real change happens at the unconscious level. And that's exactly where hypnosis works best. This course will not only explain how hypnosis works but also allow you to experience it for yourself in a safe, guided way—free of gimmicks, just proven methods that work. So as we begin, I'll take a few moments to answer your questions and ensure you're comfortable before guiding you through your first hypnotic induction. It's a relaxed, natural process—one that can unlock the real potential that's been within you all along. Let's begin. Procrastination to Action Deep Mind Transformation

We all know the feeling—too many plans, not enough action. You're not lazy, and you're not broken. What's really happening is that your unconscious mind is running a different program than your conscious goals. In this episode, we explored how hypnosis helps you bridge that gap. Instead of fighting procrastination with more pressure or to-do lists, we use deep mind transformation to release the real blocks—fear, perfectionism, overwhelm, or outdated beliefs that say, "It's safer not to start." Hypnosis speaks directly to the unconscious—where habits form and patterns live. And when you shift things at that level, action stops feeling forced. It becomes natural, even energizing. So if you're tired of hesitating, spinning your wheels, or waiting for the "perfect moment," this is where it starts. One decision. One session. One shift—from stuck to momentum. Take the pressure off. Let your mind work with you. And start taking aligned action—without the fight. Hey, I'm Shaun Enright, host of Drop the Stress, Not the Ball and creator of hypnosis and NLP-based programs that help real people achieve real transformation—without the drama, without the grind. Goal Setting, Deep Mind Transformation

What if change didn't have to be hard? What if the habits that are keeping you stuck—procrastination, stress eating, perfectionism, overthinking—could shift without force or willpower? What if your unconscious mind was ready, right now, to help you stop getting in your own way? Well… That's exactly what we're exploring today. In today's fast-paced world, setting goals is easy—sticking to them is where most people fall short. Why? Because they're trying to make deep change using surface-level tools. In this episode, we explored how hypnosis bypasses that struggle. It works by engaging the unconscious mind—the part of you that actually drives behavior, forms habits, and locks in your identity. Using hypnosis for goal achievement isn't just about motivation. It's about rewiring how you think, how you feel, and what you believe is possible. Whether your goal is financial growth, personal healing, better relationships, or more consistent follow-through—hypnosis helps align your inner world with your outer action. And the best part? The process feels effortless. You're not pushing against resistance—you're removing it. If you've ever set a goal and then watched it fade... this is your sign to do it differently. Tune in, experience the shift, and start setting goals that actually stick.   Hey, I'm Shaun Enright, host of Drop the Stress, Not the Ball and creator of hypnosis and NLP-based programs that help real people achieve real transformation—without the drama, without the grind. Time Ticking Away

Now, more than ever, the world craves examples, not warnings—individuals who choose to lead by joyful, loving, and abundant lives of adventure. It's about recognizing that the key to elevating humanity's consciousness isn't found in endless hours of mindless entertainment or political theatrics but in the transformative power of starring in your own life's movie. Where are you spending your time? Who is driving your bus and taking your time down roads and rabbit holes you never intended. Is your life a movie you'd bother even watching. Time, is the only, the only thing everyone on the planet is equal in. the difference between the 1% ers and the rest of the world is where we spend our time and what we focus on when using it. Emotions Lie! And What to Do.

Emotions only lie. They try to tell us that we'll get what we want, feel what we want by hanging on to them, but the opposite is true. According to Hale Dwoskin, author, and international trainer on the Sedona Method of Letting Go, I choose to believe this is true in most circumstances. What we want is on the other side and often the polar opposite of the emotion that we are feeling. Welcome. How many of you want to feel strong and centered every hour of the day? Do you want to feel clear, decisive, creative, and in that flow? Do you want to be able to stay in that amazing place where every decision and action just goes your way? And could you believe for a moment, at least during this podcast, that that is actually a choice and a skill that you can learn, practice, and get good at? Or do you believe that we can sometimes feel like a chicken in a hurricane as we are pulled pillar to post by other priorities, people, feelings, and stress hits us whether we like it or not?   Today, I am going to give you a simple framework and three powerful ways that, when applied, can instantly begin to put you in that center, the eye, the calm of the storm anytime you choose. Because we want to drop the stress but not the ball, we are going to be discussing stress as an emotion today. And to do that, I want to offer you perhaps a new and powerful way of looking at what emotions are. https://calendly.com/saenright01/45min Here is the link to join me for a one-on-one conversation to explore your feedback , ideas, and questions, I hope you've enjoyed that podcast for today.
