What Is Happening To Your Nervous System?
After trauma, our nervous system is shot and it usually doesn't recognize that the danger isn't there anymore. We may still feel highly on edge, exhausted, disconnected, or easily overwhelmed because our bodies really don't have a clue on what else to do. In this episode of Life Reassembled, we explore what trauma does to our nervous system and how we can begin restoring ourselves through God's truth and how He made us to be able to so. We talk about the realistic ways to regulate our nervous system - by using forgiveness as a tool, and giving ourselves permission to breathe. Surviving During The Abuse & During The Trauma

Trapped In Coercive Control and Being Isolated From Help
Abuse is usually quiet and invisible — normally strategic and control disguised as care. Coercive control is one of the most dangerous forms of abuse because it doesn’t just restrict a person’s freedom — it slowly convinces them they don’t deserve any. Are You in an Abusive Relationship?
Abuse doesn’t always start with bruises or screaming. It usually begins with small controlling commands thats disguised as concern, or the false apologies that erase their accountability. Or even that the slow erosion of your confidence and independence you didn't even noticed it disappeared. Until it's gone. What Entered Me When I Entered the Haunted House?
In this episode of Life Reassembled, I revisit the lasting spiritual impact from when I entered a haunted house a young kid. I also talk about the time I was standing toe-to-toe with a life-size doll. This is my full testimony—my story of how growing up in faith but I didn't truly know God, slipping into cycles of sin, shame, and abuse, and finally discovering the truth that set me free. Through the pain of failed relationships, destructive choices, and the spiritual warfare behind them, I learned the difference between religion and relationship with Christ.
