    90. Things I'm struggling with right now (your late 20s are effin' hard)

Uncertainty. Pressure to succeed. Self-inflicted timelines. Imposter syndrome. Losing friends. Moving cities. Aging parents. Insecurities. Feeling behind. And of course, bills. All while I'm sitting on a box because I haven't built my chair yet. In my new apartment. All. Alone.I just turned 28, and things are effin' hard. I don't want to sugarcoat my struggles and pretend everything's amazing when I'm secretly trying to hold it all together. And if there's anything I know about the late twenties from personal experience and my very own friends going through it in diff flavours... it's that this isn't uncommon. But everything will be okay. This episode is an outpour of vulnerability. 89. I posted content every day for 30 days. Here's what I learned.

#ExposureTherapy #FindingYourBrand If you've been wanting to post content and grow your personal brand... this one's for YOUUU. I've been posting IG Reels for the past month and a half, and though my goal was platform growth, it also took me on a WHOLEE personal growth journey — overcoming fears, revealing strengths, and rewiring the whole way I view content and expression.I share my raw reflections here, incl:How posting on IG became my most intense form of exposure therapyThe mindset shift that helped me reframe judgement for GOODWhat "failing publicly" taught me about confidence, growth, and self-trustHow I learned to see haters as a sign you're doing something rightWhy trying to pick a "niche" burnt me out — and what clicked insteadHow to create content as a multi-faceted personHow to balance authenticity with growthWhy expression is the ultimate cure to depression (I didn't have depression but you know!!)...and this is just the beginning.Wherever you are in your journey — I'm rooting for you!!! :)---⊹ LINKS ⊹🌻 Instagram: @megkuang💌 Newsletter: Meg Mondays🎵 TikTok: @megkuang🎀 Website---♡ SUPPORT ♡Leave me a rating/review ★★★★★Become a paid subscriber

    88. My autumn arc: how losing myself forced me to finally find myself

If I told my January 2025 self everything that happened this year, she would definitely have a heart attack. Because after an amazing 8 months of travels and highs, my life got shaken up. "Who's writing my life script?" I kept asking. Oh yeah, it's God. And I asked him to force me on my highest timeline, so He answered my prayers — painfully.Shedding friendships, rediscovering my values, a one-way ticket, lots of tears... sometimes, it takes unexpected "loss" and to make room for breakthroughs and "kill" your old self for GOOD.Nothing changes if nothing changes, so this time, everything changed. Tune in for the rebirth I needed, and how I'm re-writing my life with a level of clarity I never had before. If you're navigating transitions or questioning what actually matters, I hope this episode makes you feel less alone. :) ---⊹ LINKS ⊹🌻 Instagram: @megkuang💌 Newsletter: Meg Mondays🎵 TikTok: @megkuang🎀 Website---♡ SUPPORT ♡Leave me a rating/review ★★★★★Become a paid subscriber

Take a walk with me! Toronto TOTALLY shifted my identity, and here, I share it ALL — full-blown adulting, living the downtown pace, embracing all the unknowns, and building unshakeable confidence. Putting your "avatar" someplace new is *bound* to unlock more of your potential, and what better time to do this than your twenties?! Lifechanging is an understatement, and four months wasn't nearly enough — so for the while I'm here back home, these are the Toronto takeaways I'm committed to embodying for the rest of 2023 and into the new year!
