75. Things That Instantly Make Me Emotionally Spiral
This week's fun episode is a light-hearted yet reflective deep dive into some of the things that can make me emotionally spiral, as someone who overthinks basically everything, is deeply creative, and is always trying to balance meaning with overwhelm. 47. The Reality of Having an Addictive Personality & Beginning the Process of Letting it Go
CW: This episode briefly discusses disordered eating & body image struggles. In this week's episode, I explore what it really means to have an addictive personality and why so many of us find ourselves dealing with different forms of addiction. An addictive personality isn't limited to drugs or alcohol—it can show up as food, social media, shopping, or even caffeine addiction. Often, these habits are ways we try to manage anxiety, stress, heartbreak, or trauma. Many of us pick up these coping mechanisms because we haven’t been taught healthier ways to handle life’s challenges. If addiction runs in your family, or if you naturally seek out excitement or act impulsively, you might be more at risk for developing these patterns. I end by discussing ways to challenge these behaviors and get out of an addictive cycle.FIND ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA:All my links in one place: https://linktr.ee/morgzworldInstagram: @morgansneeddTikTok: @morgansneedGOOGLE FORM LINK:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe6iJJ9_9gDFqmxUMNMMYgnA0Sj_J9VkZEU8iQSsZlFUbufwQ/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=105432312361727196839INTRO & OUTRO MUSIC: “Midnight Bliss” by MoaviiCreative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0Music promoted by Copyright Free Music - Background Music For Videos 👉 / @podcastbackgroundmusic
