122: 3 Healthy Habits for Busy Women Who Don't Have Extra Time

In this episode, I'm sharing three simple, practical habits that can help you stay consistent with your health when life gets busy. Many women feel like they need more time, a perfect routine, or extra motivation to take care of themselves, but the truth is that a few foundational habits can make a big difference even during the busiest seasons of life. Instead of overcomplicating things, focusing on a few key behaviors can help you stay on track and feel better day to day. I'm talking about the habits that I personally lean on when schedules get full, including planning meals ahead of time, choosing movement that fits your life, and being intentional about rest. These simple strategies help remove decision fatigue and make healthy choices easier, even when you're juggling work, family, and everything else on your plate. If you've been feeling off track or overwhelmed, this episode will encourage you to simplify and focus on what truly works. Want support on your own journey? Learn more about coaching HERE! 121: Motherhood From The Sidelines: What Sports Mom Life Is Teaching Me

In this episode, I'm sharing a personal reflection on sports mom life and the lessons it's teaching me about motherhood. A lot of this season of life is spent on the sidelines. At baseball fields, soccer fields, and in the car driving to practices and games. While it can feel busy and full at times, it's also given me a front row seat to watch my kids try hard things, grow in confidence, and learn important life lessons through sports. I'm talking about the things this season is teaching me about showing up, being present, and appreciating the moments that can sometimes feel chaotic but are actually incredibly meaningful. If you're in a busy season of motherhood, this episode is a reminder that even the sidelines can hold some of the most special moments. Want support on your own journey? 120: Navigating Loss While Focusing On Your Health With Jamie Winfree

Grief has a way of shaking everything, our routines, our emotions, and even our sense of self. When life hits hard, how do you keep showing up for yourself without guilt? How do you hold onto your health and well-being while walking through unimaginable loss? In today's episode, I'm joined by my dear friend and longtime client, Jaime Winfree. Jaime has been on a health journey with me since 2020, seeing incredible results and feeling her best. But over the past two years, she's faced heartbreaking loss. Two being her brother's leukemia diagnosis (now in remission, by God's grace) and losing her dad after a long battle with ALS. Jaime knows firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last in seasons of grief. But she's also learned how to extend grace, prioritize her well-being, and navigate loss without losing herself. Her story is one of resilience, faith, and choosing joy even in the hardest moments. If you've ever walked through a season of loss or felt like you couldn't prioritize yourself when life got hard, this episode is for you. Jaime's story will encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that taking care of yourself isn't selfish, it's necessary. Want support on your own journey? Learn more about coaching HERE! 119: Living Well In The Season You're In

In this episode, I'm sharing a personal conversation about what it looks like to live well in the season you're actually in. Life doesn't always slow down the way we think it will, and many of us spend time waiting for things to get easier before we prioritize our health, habits, or happiness. But the truth is, every season comes with its own responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Instead of wishing life looked different, we can learn to be intentional with the season we're in right now. I'm talking about what this season of life looks like for me balancing motherhood, work, and busy sports schedules and how I'm learning to prioritize the things that help me show up as my best self. This episode is an encouragement to stop waiting for the "perfect time" and start making small, meaningful choices that support your health, mindset, and overall well-being today. 118: The Long Game Of Parenting With Rhonda Hunter & Sydney Smith

In this episode, I'm joined by my dear friends Rhonda Hunter and Sydney Smith for an honest, meaningful conversation about parenting in a way that cultivates lasting relationships. I've known Sydney since she was in sixth grade and now she's married. Watching the relationship she has with her parents, along with the strong relationships Rhonda has with all three of her children, has always stood out to me. Not because it was perfect or easy but because it was intentional, honest, and rooted in connection. Together, we talk about what it really takes to build healthy parent–child relationships over time, especially through the harder seasons. This is a conversation about choosing connection over control, repairing when things go wrong, and playing the long game of parenting. This episode isn't about getting parenting "right." It's about building relationships that last through honesty, humility, and intentional connection. Whether you're parenting young kids, navigating the teen years, or raising adult children, this conversation offers encouragement, perspective, and hope. 117: Finding Peace In This Season Of Parenting

Parenting a 10  and 7 year-old comes with a new kind of weight and a new kind of growth. This season asks for different choices, deeper trust, and a willingness to do what's best for your kids even when it's hard. In this episode, I'm sharing an honest, open conversation about what it looks like to find peace in the middle of everyday parenting. Not because everything feels easy but because your choices are rooted in intention. In this episode, we talk about: Understanding the season of parenting you're in right now Making hard decisions that serve your kids' long-term growth Taking steps of faith even when parenting choices feel scary Loving your kids well for who they are now, not who they used to be This episode is a reminder that peace in parenting doesn't come from getting everything right. It comes from presence, alignment, and trusting yourself as you grow alongside your kids. Want support on your own journey? Learn more about coaching HERE! 116: My Mom's Story: 28 Years Sober Today With Lynne Smith

Last year I released this episode of my mom's story and it encouraged so many of you. I wanted to re-release it today as my mom is celebrating another year of being drug and alcohol free. This episode is incredibly special because I'm talking with my mom, Lynne Smith, to have an open and raw conversation about her journey with alcoholism and 28 years of sobriety. She has walked through some incredibly difficult seasons, but she is an overcomer. Her story is one of resilience, transformation, and hope, and I'm so grateful she's sharing it with us today. In this episode, we talk about: How alcohol impacted her relationships and life The moment she knew she needed to make a change What it took to finally get sober and the challenges of early sobriety The role of support (or lack of it) in her journey How she handles triggers 28 years later The advice she would give to someone struggling with addiction today If you or someone you love has struggled with addiction, I pray this episode brings encouragement, hope, and the reminder that change is possible. 114: Balancing A Career And Motherhood With Lauren Goad

In today's episode, I'm sitting down with my friend Lauren, a mom of two and a realtor in our community for a conversation that feels both grounding and encouraging. Lauren and her husband Greg were actually the realtors who represented the sellers of the home we live in now, which is how we first connected. Not long after, Greg invited our family to their church, the same church we've been attending for nearly four years. It's one of those reminders that God places people in our lives right when we need them. This episode is conversational, honest, and real. We talk about Lauren's journey into real estate, how motherhood has shaped the way she works, and what it really looks like to balance career, family, and marriage in this season of life. Lauren shares wisdom she's gained along the way, lessons learned through trial and error, and encouragement for moms who feel stretched thin but still want to pursue meaningful work. If you're a mom navigating career and family, wondering how to trust God's timing, or simply craving a conversation that feels like sitting down with a friend this episode is for you. 112: What Happens When You Choose Hard on Purpose

We live in a culture that avoids hard at all costs. If something feels uncomfortable, inconvenient, or requires discipline, we assume we're doing something wrong. We look for the shortcut. The easier option. The way out. But what if hard isn't the problem? In this episode, I'm challenging the idea that growth should feel easy and having an honest, tough-love conversation about what actually happens when you choose hard on purpose. In your health. Your relationships. Your career. And the commitments you keep (or don't keep) to yourself. This is a direct episode designed to push you to reflect, stop avoiding the thing you already know matters, and take ownership of the choices shaping your life. Hard isn't the enemy. Avoidance is. 111: The Difference Between Being Busy And Being Aligned

Being busy isn't the problem, being misaligned is. In this episode, I'm continuing the conversation from The Pressure To "Do It All" Is Lying To You and taking it one step further. Because so many women hear that message and still think, "Okay, but my life is still really full." This conversation is about learning how to tell the difference between a life that feels heavy and frantic versus one that feels intentional and grounded, even when your calendar is full. We're talking about how to recognize when you're operating from pressure, guilt, or expectation and how to start choosing alignment without needing to overhaul your entire life. This is a practical, honest episode designed to help you slow down mentally, get clear, and feel confident putting things into practice. Questions to answer after listening: If I stopped doing this, what am I afraid would happen? Am I doing this because it's meaningful or because it's familiar? 110: The Pressure To "Do It All" Is Lying To You

Do you ever feel like you're constantly trying to do everything, be everything, and keep everyone happy only to feel drained, behind, or like it's never enough? You're not alone. In this episode, I'm talking about the pressure women put on themselves (and the pressure society silently reinforces) to do it all. I'm sharing why this pressure isn't the truth, how it shows up in your life, and what it actually costs you emotionally, mentally, and relationally. We'll talk about: Where the "do it all" pressure comes from Why trying to handle everything isn't making you stronger How to recognize what really matters in your season Practical ways to release unnecessary pressure without guilt This episode is a reminder that doing less with intention is enough. 109: The Why Behind HOTWORX With Grace Hitchcock

In this episode, I'm sitting down with local business owner Grace Hitchcock, the owner of two HOTWORX studios in my area, for a real and honest conversation about entrepreneurship, wellness, and the power of community. Grace shares her journey leading up to investing in HOTWORX. What her life looked like before, what initially drew her to fitness, and the deeper why behind choosing to build something of her own. We talk about the fears that come with taking a big leap, how owning a business has shaped her personally, and why creating a welcoming, encouraging environment matters just as much as the workout itself. This conversation goes beyond fitness. It's about believing in a vision, showing up before you feel fully ready, and creating spaces where people feel supported, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're curious about HOTWORX, thinking about entrepreneurship, or simply needing a reminder that purpose-driven work matters, this episode will leave you inspired. 108: I Logged 1,657.82 Miles in 2025 And Here's What It Taught Me

In today's episode, I'm reflecting on what it meant to hit 1,657.82 miles in 2025, more than double the 825 miles I walked in 2024. This wasn't about chasing extreme fitness goals. It was about choosing daily movement, building consistency, and challenging myself in ways I didn't think I could. A big part of this increase came from adding in running this year, not crazy mileage, but enough to push me, stretch me, and remind me what I'm capable of. I'm sharing three big lessons these miles taught me and how I'm carrying them into 2026. These lessons aren't just about walking, they're about how you show up for yourself, how you build confidence, and how you build discipline even when life feels full. If you want 2026 to be the year you move your body more, surprise yourself, and step into a stronger mindset, this episode will encourage you to challenge yourself and take small daily steps that lead to big results. 107: The Invisible Weight Women Carry With Jillian Dolberry

So many women are carrying more than anyone realizes. The mental load. The expectations. The responsibility to hold everything and everyone together. From the outside, life may look "fine," but internally, many women feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, and quietly exhausted. In this episode, I'm joined by my friend Jillian Dolberry for an honest and encouraging conversation about the invisible weight women carry and what it looks like to build a life in alignment with your capacity, values, and vision. Jillian is a wife, mom, OBM and team strategist, and the host of the Love to Lead podcast. She helps women entrepreneurs create simple systems, confident leadership, and sustainable growth without burnout. But what makes Jillian so impactful is her relatability and honesty. This conversation feels like sitting down with a friend who reminds you that you're not alone. We talk about peace, not as something you stumble into, but something you intentionally build. Whether you're a business owner or simply a woman feeling pulled in too many directions, this episode is a gentle invitation to pause, reflect, and consider what it would look like to create a life that actually fits. 106: Building A Routine In 2026 That Works For This Season Of Your Life

In this week's episode, we dive into one of the biggest mindset shifts women need when it comes to routines: letting go of the pressure to copy what everyone else is doing. So many women feel like their routine has to look like the person next to them, but the truth is, your season of life matters. What works for another woman may not work for you, and trying to force yourself into someone else's structure is exactly why routines feel overwhelming, inconsistent, or impossible to maintain. As we head into 2026, this conversation is all about building a routine that supports your real life. Whether you're a busy mom, juggling work and home, or simply in a season where your energy looks different, you'll learn how to create habits that fit your schedule, your capacity, and your goals. We talk about the mindset shifts that make routines stick, how to simplify your habits so they feel doable, and why consistency matters more than perfection. If you're ready to feel confident, aligned, and grounded in a routine that actually works for you, this episode will help you release comparison, honor your season, and build a routine that supports your health, mindset, and daily life in a sustainable way. 105: What Do You Need Less Of in 2026?

Last week, we talked about what's fulfilling you in your life. But the other side of that reflection is just as powerful: What do you need less of in 2026? So often, we chase more, more goals, more commitments, more doing. When the real growth often happens through letting go. In this episode, we're slowing down and getting honest about what's draining your energy, cluttering your time, or keeping you from what actually matters. This conversation will help you create space. Space for joy, peace, and alignment as you step into the new year with intention. In this episode, you'll learn: Why "less" is just as powerful as "more" when it comes to growth How to identify what's draining your energy or holding you back Reflective questions to help you release what no longer fits Simple ways to create space for what truly fulfills you in 2026 Reflect with me: Take a few minutes after listening and ask yourself: What feels heavy or forced in my life right now? 104: The One Question I ask Every December

As the year comes to a close, it's easy to rush into goal-setting mode, new plans, new routines, new "shoulds." But before I look ahead, I always pause and ask myself one question: What in my life is fulfilling me or bringing me joy? This question grounds me, helps me realign, and reminds me of what actually matters before stepping into a new year. In today's episode, I'm walking you through how I use this question to reflect on my year, identify what's working (and what's not), and create more space for the things that truly fill me up. In this episode we will talk about: Why fulfillment is a better measure than achievement How to identify what's bringing you genuine joy Questions to help you reflect on what's working in your life A simple end-of-year practice to realign before 2026 Take a few minutes after listening and ask yourself: What in my life is bringing me joy right now? What leaves me feeling fulfilled, peaceful, or proud? How can I create more space for that in 2026? This isn't about hustle or productivity, it's about living with intention and building a life that feels aligned and full. Want support on your own health journey? Learn more about coaching HERE! 103: 5 Lessons I've Learned In 10 Years Of Parenting

My son turned 10 this week which means I've officially been a mom for a whole decade. I honestly can't believe how fast it's gone and how much I've learned along the way. In this special episode, I'm sharing 5 lessons from 10 years of parenting. The real, unfiltered ones that come from trial, error, laughter, and a whole lot of grace. These aren't "expert" lessons, they're honest reflections from one mom doing her best to raise a good human while learning just as much in the process. We'll talk about: Why presence matters more than the perfect words The importance of being your child's biggest advocate How to parent by values, not comparison Why experiences will always beat things And the beauty of letting them fail (and learn) Whether your kids are little or growing fast, I hope this episode reminds you that you're not alone and that there's no one "right" way to do this parenting thing. 080: Navigating Loss While Focusing On Your Health With Jaime Winfree

Grief has a way of shaking everything—our routines, our emotions, and even our sense of self. When life hits hard, how do you keep showing up for yourself without guilt? How do you hold onto your health and well-being while walking through unimaginable loss? In today's episode, I'm joined by my dear friend and longtime client, Jaime Winfree. Jamie has been on a health journey with me since 2020, seeing incredible results and feeling her best. But over the past five years, she's faced heartbreaking loss—her brother's leukemia diagnosis (now in remission, by God's grace) and losing her dad after a battle with ALS. Jaime's story will encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's necessary.
