    This episode is an incredibly powerful and emotional conversation - I’m joined by Amy, a mum, wife, physio, and someone living with Stage 4 cancer.Amy shares her journey from the moment she first realised something wasn’t right, through diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and the unimaginable experience of cancer returning. She talks honestly about chemotherapy, mastectomies, losing her hair, and moments where things felt almost impossible.We also explore the reality of living with recurrence, new treatments, brain surgery, the mental and emotional impact this journey has had on her and her family, and the ongoing fight to keep living for the people she loves most.     Val’s journey is one of resilience, personal development and passion for movement. A youth BMX athlete who enjoyed and excelled in her sport with podium finishes, but injuries led her to step away. Through this period, she discovered sports psychology at university, qualified as a sports massage therapist, and eventually found her way into coaching.Now back at Eat Train Live as both a coach and our head sports massage therapist, Val specialises in strength and mobility while helping clients move well and build strength and confidence. Alongside coaching, she continues to chase her own fitness goals in running, trail running, Hyrox and HybridX doubles.In this episode, Kel and Val talk about her journey through sport, the lessons learned along the way, and the importance of coaching, community and pursuing what you love.
