    Today we sit down and talk with Shelly Starrett-Mangan. She has been a dietitian for 22 years and has specialized in eating disorders for 19 of those years. She has worked with holistic nutrition since 2009. Holistic nutrition includes getting to the root cause of conditions to support healing instead of simply managing the symptoms. She has extensive experience in nutrition therapy for the varying degrees of dysregulated eating and feeding issues. This can range from occasional emotional eating to severe eating disorders.     Ashley Bennett-Stoddard has been deeply involved with art her entire life, as she is the daughter of the late, world-renowned sculptor Bob Bennett.  Growing up in Placerville, where the Bennett Sculpture foundry and headquarters were located, Ashley was exposed to art throughout her childhood.  She worked apprenticing with her father in the process of creating bronze sculptures.Ashley inherited her father's artistic talent and strong feel for lines and design.
