    Join me for a meditation where we use visualization to help give space to all of our amazing thoughts and ideas while creating clarity and focus. You might grab a notebook and something to write with for after this meditation to jot down anything that comes to you.

    Our self care practice this week is all about creating space. Where do you need to create space? What does that look and feel like for you? Join me for this short and sweet self care practice followed by a quick meditation to begin to connect to what spaciousness looks and feels like for you and how you can connect to that feeling in your week ahead.

    Standing, Hands Free Energizing Yoga Flow

    A short standing sequence where we explore brief holds as well as breath and movement to create energy within the body. There are no props required for this practice! Explore variations of a half salutations and standing postures where we shift between movement and static holds. Perfect to get you moving in the morning or anytime you need a few moments for you!

    While the Coffee Brews - A Morning Yin Yoga Practice

    Join me for a morning yin yoga practice. We will explore several different postures to create openness and space in the body and mind and end with an affirmation to help us begin our day with gratitude. I look forward to practicing with you!

    Here Comes The Sun, An Outdoor Self Care Practice

    Taking Time to be outdoors, exploring, and being in nature plus a fun leaf print art/craft activity! Join me this week in exploring all the different ways we can care for ourselves with time spent outside.

    Mid Week Movement

    A class to move into the body and just feel good. Allow yourself some time for your practice, for you, because you are worth it. A sequence that is mostly standing we will explore a bit of breath and movement and longer holds to build a bit of strength while breathing in a feeling of calm and ease. No props required for this class although a block is always nice :) As with any movement practice, you know your body best. Always feel free to modify, to take what you need, and leave out what you don't. If you are unsure if a movement based yoga practice is right for you please consult your health care provider before beginning this or any other movement based activity. Take care my friends!

    There is so much to be found in a book!  Hop into your comfy clothes, grab a book, and join me for a fun little chat about how reading for fun can become a beautiful practice in self care.

    A Sip of Sweetness Morning Meditation

    Take a moment to yourself and remember you are enough. I hope you enjoy this meditation practice. If you would like, I invite you to consider the following after practicing the meditation ~ Is it easy or difficult to set aside time to just be. How does stillness feel in the body today? (I say today because every day is different!) What was this meditation experience like for you today, did anything come up for you? What did you notice? If you have a journaling practice maybe journal for a bit on these questions! Have a beautiful day my friends

    Cozy Wind Down Wednesday Flow

    Hop into your comfiest clothes, make yourself a warm cup of something delicious and join me for this cozy wind down flow. We will explore slow mindful movements to create space in the body and mind while release tension from the day. A blanket is recommended but not require :) I look forward to practicing with you!
