Addy Herman is an 18-year old professional athlete and entrepreneur based in Pembroke, Massachusetts.She has competed on 4 seasons of NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior” (ANW) and became the last woman standing on season 14. Last year, she was the runner-up on ANW’s Women’s Championship, and in 2024 she emerged as the ANW Women’s Champion!Outside of the show, she competes professionally in worldwide events as a sponsored athlete. She holds 2 World Champion titles and took 1st in the first ever World Cup event in 2023 (trial for Obstacle Course Racing in the Olympics).Having graduated high school in May of 2023, she decided to spend the following year solo traveling. She set up various internships with people around the country to jumpstart her career. She also had the opportunity to bring her experience in ninja warrior to different gyms around the country, holding events and ninja programs at these locations.
