Learn to meditate like a monk in 14 days through this 14-day meditation challenge. On Day 8, we will practice loving kindness meditation. This practice helps us cultivate compassion for ourselves and all sentient beings. In one of the many studies, 139 participants were randomly assigned to either a 7-week Loving-kindness intervention or a waitlist control group.
