Failure is a necessary part of progression and depending on the context can be a good thing. Deflecting blame and looking for short cuts.
I think its human nature to look for the easy way out. If something goes wrong its easy to blame something thats outside of our control. But by doing that we can give away our power to correct the situation, and in turn get us in an even worse spot. This week I talk about blaming external circumstances, how that can effect mindset, how it relates to injury and why you need to look at the bigger picture. Life exists on a spectrum.
There can be an expectation where we can feel like we need to be all of something and none of the opposite. For example you either need to be completely tough and stoic and not be vunerable and upset. This for some can cause a bit of inner turmoil. This week I talk about how everything exists on a spectrum and depedning on what situation we are dealing with, it will depend on what state we are required to be in.
