    11. Shifting to happiness

Walking by a graveyard…. Perhaps not what one would associate with happiness, but bear with me and on this episode, I’ll tell you why it may do exactly that. A word of warning – some of the exercises I mentioned on this episode can be triggering – so if sitting with your feelings is something that feels too hard to do at this moment in time, please skip! Putting things in perspective can help us see different sides of a story, in this case, an overall life or job perception. Some of the tools I mentioned:-       Writing your own eulogy: whilst no one would really like to think of this moment, when we think about what we would like to be remembered by what our legacy would be it can help us discern what matters most to us, and whether we are making it a priority in our lives. Are we walking the talk? And the book by Martha Beck I mentioned: https://amzn.eu/d/08qPhSWB-       Negative visualisation: from Dr. Laurie Santos. Imagine that thing that annoys you…now imagine it gone! How does it feel? What does it do?-       Make today your last day: by Dr. Laurie Santos too. And in a similar vein to the eulogy, if we only had 24hrs left, what would we do? What would we focus on? Spend time with?... and are we dedicating time to those now?-       Finding your why: by Simon Sinek. Purpose, and aligning your actions and decisions (in business and life) to it. Game changer. I mentioned on the episode about a Happy Hour event I ran recently – if you want to know of any other events or workshops coming up, sign up to my newsletter! (you will also get some early bird opportunities before they go out to the public!): https://www.coachingwithlucia.com/newsletterWith love, and happinessLucia xConnect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

    10. Imposter Syndrome

We are bombarded with information. Self-proclaimed experts and actual experts that share their knowledge on different topics. On the one hand, it can be hard to distinguish who to trust, on the other, even when they are trusted individuals, the amount of information / advise and guidance they offer can be overwhelming. I felt myself experiencing this recently, which triggered this week’s podcast, and a reflection on appearances, imposter syndrome and finding our true self. In this episode I talk about:-       Experts, information and guidance. Maybe less is more and enough is enough…-       Curating our information streams and resources. As an avid self-improvement learner, I seek out information in many different shapes and forms, and I discovered that I also needed to give it a break. -       Trust. Built on reputation and expertise, not followers… If you want to listen to the magnificent podcast I talk about you can find it here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/0C4NGR78gbSSB2JrgkhwFD?si=cilmsHPPRZSbnVFTwQIGTw-       Imposter Syndrome: there is way more about it than what I shared here, and is one of my favourite topics to cover – if you want to know more about it drop me a line, I will be putting a workshop about it! If you want to read the Forbes article I mention, you can do so here: https://www.forbes.com/councils/forbescoachescouncil/2025/03/18/the-silent-epidemic-why-imposter-syndrome-is-holding-back-even-the-most-successful-leaders/-       Essential self: absolutely love this from Martha Beck. Our inner compass and wisdom, the true self that knows what works and doesn’t – getting to hear its voice is harder than we think. She talks about it in her book Finding your North Star. Hugging curveballs with kindness and purpose, Lucia xConnect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

    09. The messy bits

Our attention span has shortened, we are used to get things with one click, almost immediate delivery…There are of course pros and cons to this, some changes came to make our lives better, but a recent family moment changed my perspective and thought on why a slower pace and not having access to everything at once was perhaps the key to happier living. In this episode I talk about:-       Dopamine hit and social media addiction.-       Slow pace vs fast pace.-       The concepts of time, waiting and effort and what they do to our reward system.-       The messy bits: seeing happiness as a finishing line while happiness happens in the right now.-       Hedonistic adaptation: a concept I learnt from Dr. Laurie Santos, that impacts the way we experience things / moments and their lasting impact. If you want to learn more about Dr. Laurie Santos work, head over to her website: https://www.drlauriesantos.comSo here is my invitation for reflection to you: what if you were to slow down? To focus on enjoying the messy bits? What would that do for you?Hugging curveballs with kindness and purpose, Lucia xConnect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

    08. The Goo

Do you recognise yourself? The limbo, in-between period. Or as I call it: The goo. You’re not “there” yet, but you’re not at the start line either. A lot has changed and yet somehow it all feels the same. Some things are happening, progress is made, but the finishing line does not seem to be quite at reach. Or maybe it never was? The goo is the process of growth and transformation that we frequently want to skip or rush, but is the essential part of the journey. In this episode we talk about:·       what it means and how it feels to be in the goo·       getting to know ourselves, our dreams and desires·       identity, and what it means to lose and grieve who you were, and not knowing quite well who you are becoming·       the power of becomingReady for things to get sticky? 07. Finding yourself with Diogo Costa Cardoso

This week we are joined by Diogo Costa Cardoso. Diogo is a citizen of the world, originally from Portugal, now living in London. He is a keen traveller, curious and creative individual! He Is also a highly driven strategist, fuelling growth at global scale, which is what he is currently doing at NBCUniversal.  Diogo is also passionate about empowering young professionals, a passion project he started when he set up NBC’s Young Professionals Network, impacting over 2,000 people & founded the "Starters In Media" industry-wide forum. During our chat Diogo and I talked about travels, living abroad, building a community, the process of self-discovery and achieving lasting happiness.  ·       Duality: born and raised in Portugal, Diogo moved to London to pursue his career dreams. A move that not only helped him develop his confidence and entrepreneurial mindset, but that challenged his self-perception ultimately leading to reconcile a dual identity, feeling at home both in Porto and London.   ·       Wholeness: the process of self-discovery is not one for the faint of heart – a long road (I’d say a forever one!), with twists and turns… but it definitely is a rewarding and fulfilling one! Diogo shared the journey he is one, the village it takes to make it and how to go about acquiring the toolkit you’ll need for it.  ·       Identity and growth: as an ever-evolving species, staying put is not an option, neither it is believing that a past version of ourselves is all that we would ever be. Diogo learned to reconcile all the parts of him. Flaws, wins, learnings and adaptations. Every layer peeled reveals a different aspect, an opportunity… and Diogo has learned to embrace and appreciate every twist and turn.  Diogo, what a pleasure and inspiration it was to have you!. And what a pride and joy has been to see you grow. Thank you again. If you want to connect with Diogo:https://www.linkedin.com/in/diogo-costa-cardoso-3515685b/To connect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] Follow us on: https://www.instagram.com/c_is_for_change/ Music from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

No. Kahvan listens, researches, makes his own decisions and proceeds! Agency, authenticity, understanding yourself and what’s possible for you.  ·       Teaching: from Kahvan’s decision to become a teacher in China to our shared path in higher education – adaptability, positivity (seeing the world for what it has to offer)… Kahvan’s zest and passion drive and shape how he approaches life, and how these influence his job and projects.  ·       Mindset and success strategies: practice makes progress. 05. Hello from the other side with Alison Stead

This week we are joined by the wonderful Alison Stead, an ethical, responsible and professional Spiritual Medium Alison was aware very early on of her talents, but pushed it back and tried to ignore them, until it was impossible (something I believe we can all relate to!). From inviting her “invisible friend” to lunch, to establishing connections to help heal people on both sides, to writing books and counselling! Needless to say a conversation with Alison is never dull, not only because of the magnificent stories she shares, but because of her witty, kind, nurturing nature. We spoke about spiritual communication, the nature of intuition, embracing one’s purpose, and what horror / thriller films may be getting wrong!  During our chat we discussed: ·      A Medium's Journey: Alison shared her early encounters with spirit friends and her powerful experience at her grandfather's deathbed, which led her to explore mediumship and spiritual beliefs. She described how these experiences shaped her understanding of life and death, and how she now uses her abilities to provide comfort and guidance to others. ·      Embracing Equality and Open Dialogue: Alison shared her experience of learning from a spiritual perspective to see people as equals beyond their roles or titles, which has influenced her approach to respecting all individuals. Lucia agreed and discussed a study mentioned in Dr. Laurie Santos's podcast (https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-happiness-lab-with-dr-laurie-santos/id1474245040 ) about the importance of understanding different perspectives through open dialogue, rather than judgment. They both expressed frustration over societal divisions and lack of mutual understanding, emphasizing the need for unconditional positive regard and collaborative conversations to address conflicts. ·      Normalizing Spirit Communication: Alison shared her journey of discovering and embracing mediumship, emphasizing her mission to normalize and make it more accessible. She discussed how societal openness to spirituality has grown over the years, citing examples like Dr. Tyler Swatt's work on signs from the other side. We explored the distinction between coincidences and spirit communications, with Alison explaining that repeated occurrences or messages in unusual contexts are often spiritual.  ·      Intuition and the Body's Brains: what is the nature of intuition and how it connects to the body's three brains? (the head, heart, and gut). Intuition works as an inner pendulum that provides immediate guidance, though this can sometimes be overshadowed by cognitive thinking. Learning to trust and distinguish between different types of intuitive signals is important, as the gut brain holds significant information that can sometimes conflict with or complement the brain's decisions.·      Embracing Purpose Through Intuition: Alison shared her experience of gradually accepting her role as a medium, emphasizing the importance of knowing one's truth rather than just believing in it. She highlighted the significance of intuition and the often unexpected path to finding one's life's work.  Ali, what a pleasure it was to have you!. Thank you again. If you want to connect with Alisonhttps://www.alisonstead-medium.co.ukhttps://www.instagram.com/alisonstead_medium.and.author/https://www.linkedin.com/in/alisonstead-spiritualmedium/ To connect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] Follow us on: https://www.instagram.com/c_is_for_change/ Music from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

No?

TED Talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9qKyX9NiTs     ii.     Libro: https://amzn.eu/d/0ORDaHZ2.     Poquito a poco: tomar pequeños pasos (atómicos incluso) importa, y mucho. 01. Design your year with Lucia Paredes

Happy New Year!!2026… a brand new year, a blank space and an opportunity to create and make this year what you want it to be!Yes, I mean it, and in this episode I share with you 3 tools / techniques (science based!), that will help you with it. 1.     Start with WHY: ever put thing on your new year’s intention / goals only to discover a week in and you’re not there yet? 16.

    15. Modern parenting with Dr. Mish Seabrook

Today we are joined by Dr Mish Seabrook. Mish is a highly experienced psychotherapist, coach and trainer who specialises in helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children while safeguarding their own wellbeing. With over 25 years’ experience across the helping professions, Mish offers practical, evidence-based strategies that empower parents to feel more confident, connected and in control.Beyond her therapeutic work, Mish is a skilled and engaging presenter and trainer, known for her ability to translate complex psychology into relatable, actionable steps. She has delivered workshops, keynote talks, and training sessions to parents, educators, and mental health professionals, blending her expertise with warmth, humour, and storytelling that leaves audiences feeling informed, inspired, and empowered.Dr Mish Seabrook offers clarity, compassion, and the tools you need to parent with purpose—while caring for yourself too.During our conversation we spoke about:1.     Practice makes progress: from changing your breakfast routine to moving countries, it all starts with a small step or thought. Change is inevitable and can lead to growth, even though we often resist it due to a preference for routines. 2.     Future self: ever found that you are judging yourself based on the actions of a moment? A tough one, one where you didn’t have many answers, or a tricky one with little room to act? Dr. Mish gives a shifting perspective: viewing individuals as their potential future selves rather than their current selves. Who would that person be? Wiser? More patient? Kinder? More fun? .. and what would they do? how would they behave?3.     Cultural differences: we are fast approaching Christmas, and some of you (like me) have moved countries and now observe different ones. In my case, this was Santa vs Three Wise Men. A tradition I adored that my children did not get to experience, and I pressured and punished myself for not giving it to them… until I realised they were different people, so they would get to create their own Christmas memories. 4.     Modern parenting: much has changed (expectations, working patterns, environments…), and yet, not much has changed at all – parenting and raising children still requires the core functions it always had, except this time our modern world makes some of those more difficult. And we blame ourselves for not being able to do it all. Parenting is a unique and ever-changing experience, requiring constant learning and flexibility. Thanks Dr. Mish for being with us and sharing so many beautiful insights! If you want to connect with Dr. Mish Seabrook:https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-mish-seabrook-4158783b/[email protected]://www.michelleseabrook.co.ukTo connect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] Follow us on: https://www.instagram.com/c_is_for_change/ Music from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

    13. It's in your hands with Brian McGhee

This week we are joined by Brian McGhee.  Brian is a force of nature, one of those people you meet and you cannot help but be drawn to his magnetic, kind, energy.  As a successful professional, he has built a career in Entertainment, managing teams for companies like iHeart Media, Townsquare Media and Urban One. But his magic does not reside in his revenue achievements, his magic is people development. He shows up as a leader, mentor and guide. In his words: “Nothing is more satisfying that watching people succeed and knowing that you had a hand in it. My passion lies in recruiting, coaching, training, developing, and guiding sales teams—then watching with pride as they shine. I work to galvanize a team and change the culture through a very positive, inclusive leadership style that tends to bring out the best in people.” Brian and I met at a Simon Sinek training course, and our encounter was nothing short of mind-blowing (and we tell you about it in our conversation!). We knew then we were going to be more than people who happen to meet on a random zoom call, we were going to be friends.  In our conversation we talk about 1.     Uprooting: Brian and his family have moved frequently due to work opportunities. Each move presented an opportunity for growth, not only professionally, but personally. From discovering new cities, to new friendships… and the advantages that a digital world present when keeping in touch with old ones too! 2.     I’ve got a hand in this: change can be chosen or forced upon you, whatever the case, Brian shared how working on a growth mindset helped him get around it. His perspective? - “I’ve got a hand in this”.  3.     Fostering love: Brian and his wife have been foster parents for a while, later adopting the children they foster to create a home filled with love, kindness and emphasizing the importance of showing up and setting an example for their children.   4.     Work in progress: when we look at life as a journey, with twists and turns, curve balls and deviations, opportunity presents itself. Improvement is a continuous process, and each stage of our life will require something different of us.  5.     Twins: sometimes in life connections form because they truly were meant to. This was our case. We met at a Simon Sinek training and we discovered that not only our professional backgrounds were similar, but we also were born on the same day! Serendipity at its finest. 6.     You are going to change, and that’s ok: your goals and desires will change. You cannot expect to be the same person you were at 18, you will outgrow your goals and aspirations, and not only that is ok, it’s needed.  To connect with Brian:https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-mcghee-41870939/To connect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] Follow us on: https://www.instagram.com/c_is_for_change/ Music from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

11. Creative AI and storytelling with Eryl Cochran

This week we are joined by the wonderful Eryl Cochran. We talk about AI, how it’s transforming the world, and in particular, the world of entertainment, where we met. But this was also a conversation about humanity at its core. We talked about storytelling, personal growth, adversity, embracingemotions, grief and vulnerability. Eryl is driven by a deep love for storytelling, she’s spent hercareer helping shape Emmy and Golden Globe–winning television series, feature films, and documentaries as a producer, director, writer and creative consultant. She’s worked across continents — from studio lots to indie sets — collaborating with networks, agencies, talent, and production companies. And she is now taking storytelling to a new level, into theworld of creative AI! Using her art to craft short-form video content that’s emotionally intelligent, visually striking, and deeply resonant. The perfect intersection of art, technology, and execution, where she brings ideas to life across mediums, timelines, and platforms.  A master of her craft: to tell stories that resonate andendure. She also referenced her most recent documentary, Dance as you are, which se kindly has made available on YouTube – go watch it here!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KDMNq51kDIOur conversation centred around:1.    AI Storytelling: from feuds to friends.Initially sceptical of AI, Eryl started to play with tools and resources and how they could serve her creative storytelling, leading to viral success on social media. You can check her, hilarious, thought-provoking and on point account, here: https://www.instagram.com/thepivotpurpose/ 2.     There is no growth without vulnerability: from struggles during the pandemic, breast cancer diagnosis and the recent lost of her father, Eryl shared how opening up and realising ittakes a village and it is ok to ask for help changed her.  3.     No girls allowed: entertainment can be a tough industry, even more so in the producers’ realm… Eryl stood her ground and found her voice, but not without having to endure many struggles and challenges. 4.     Finding purpose: Eryl talks about the importance of trusting oneself and one's path. She discussed how creating AIreels has been a therapeutic way for her to express herself, regardless of whether others like or understand her content. How to align with your purpose in a culture that favours a fast-paced world focused on money and success? 5.     Who do you admire?: Eryl shared a wonderful exercise to help you understand your own values, purpose and whatmatters to you. 10.

09. Your body speaks with Rita Chen

After 25+ years leading brands in tourism, hospitality and entertainment (from DreamWorks to City Winery), Rita Chen realised the work she loved most wasn’t just about campaigns. It was about clarity, momentum, and partnership: helping teams move from complexity to confidence.Which led her to launch Rita Chen Consulting, offering a different approach to marketing consultancy: collaborating with growth-minded teams to co-create marketing that inspires, aligns, and fuels intentional growth: with empathy, curiosity and plenty of heart.Rita is also quite the adventurer! A curious soul that loves hiking, exploring Chicago, where she lives, or cooking – a health journey that we speak about during our conversation. You’ll hear her talking about food as medicine, and approach that helped her better her health; however, I would like to flag that neither Rita or I are health experts and this is just a conversation based on opinions and personal experiences, you should consult your medical team, professional and / or experts to help with your own health, diagnosis and treatment. We begin our conversation talking about the meaning of change, highlighting its internal and external aspects, and how she navigates it with empathy, curiosity and structure:Health Diagnosis: Life Perspective Shift: an earthquake moment, as Rita shared her personal journey with health challenges, starting with the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis at age 40, which was followed by a breast cancer diagnosis three years later. She discovered a healing path through food, an elimination diet that improved her symptoms and inflammation. Here is the book she mentions in our conversation: The Immune System Recovery Plan: A Doctor's 4-Step Program to Treat Autoimmune Disease https://a.co/d/eJRhnX2. And if you are around Chicago (or fancy travelling there!) Rita’s medical team was Dr. Boham at the Ultrawellness Center A portfolio career: long live variety! And Rita’s journey is testament to that. A brilliant marketeer, her career spans from Los Angeles at Dreamworks and Nestle, moving back to Chicago, where she worked in the corporate world before entering consultancy. We talk about what prompted the change, how she navigated it and the routine that keeps her going.  Health pillars: slow mornings, walks, nature and movement… a routine that keeps her healthy, physically and mentally. We talk about strength training and its impact on the nervous system and resilience (as well as overall fitness!). Stay on your lane: they say comparison is the killer of joy, and we talk about what that meant for Rita and the liberation that came from finding their own purpose, doing things in her own timeline and connecting to herself. Internal living vs external drive. 08.

¿qué bolas vas a dejar caer?Feel well my friend, feel well. 07. Once upon a burnout with Paige Lewis-Sandford

Paige Lewis-Sandford is a distinguished Leadership Coach andC-Suite Advisor who excels in transforming executive burnout into career brilliance. With a unique ability to transform complex challenges into actionable insights coupled with the real-world business experience as a former Senior Vice President at a Fortune 50 company, Paige is the trusted guide for leaders seeking to excel without compromising well-being. She helps executives harness the powerful intersection of their expertise and purpose for the greatest impact. An impressive career, and what I love most about Paige is that she truly does provide that safe space, that guiding hand, even without realising it. I met Paige almost 15 years ago when we were both working at Universal Pictures, and just sitting across the room was a leadership, emotional intelligence and creative masterclass in action. To top that off, she is a wonderful caring, supportive and funny person! Which you will discover in our conversation. Paige and I talked about: Embracing uncertainty for personal growth: Paige shared her personal journey of embracing uncertainty and growth through challenging experiences, including transitioning from a private school to a public high school, attending college, and living in Japan. What was key for her? Embracing change anchoring on her values of curiosity and learning, characteristics that she built upon to forge her path, with a sprinkle of resilience and adaptability! From burnout to purpose: what do you do when the career you fought so hard to build no longer fulfils you? Paige shares her journey of leaving her career in marketing after experiencing severe burnout following a series of personal losses and health issues. Her job, which had once been fulfilling, became unfulfilling and physically painful, culminating in a hospital stay for a MRSA infection caused by stress. These experiences led her to realise she needed to leave her position, though… what next? The unknown: after leaving her marketing career Paige started a self-discovery journey. As you can imagine, after years of frantic activity, she felt initial silence and disorientation, here she found a book called "What Color Is Your Parachute?" - https://parachutebook.com/ - to help navigate her career change. The shift: let me be clear here, forging a new career pathway after decades of success is tough. Your identity will be closely link with what you did and understanding that who you are is not defined by that label is hard. Paige’s journey to become a coach was not easy. But it was worth it. Her take? Build from what you know, use your skills and strengths. Have meaningful conversations, explore (internally and externally) until you connect the dots, and more importantly: take it step bystep. A changing world: leading with purpose doesn’t mean not leading with ambition. But I might mean leading what your heart and what matters to you, so you can focus your time and energy and build something that matters. Finding a career path that aligns with both your passions and strengths, and while a perfect alignment isn't always possible, aiming for it most of the time is a success. We also talked about the concept of portfolio careers, where individuals pursue multiple diverse roles, which for some is a departure from their learned culture and beliefs. If you want to connect with Paigehttps://paigeonecoaching.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/paige-lewis/To connect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected]  Follow us on: https://www.instagram.com/c_is_for_change/ Music from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.

    05. Business IS personal with Gretchen Nemechek

Gretchen Nemechek is the visionary founder of OPINARI, she is known for her empathetic and deeply connected approach to leadership. With a proven track record of driving accountability and unlocking individuals’ full potential, she is a transformative force in the corporate world. During our conversation, Gretchen and I talked about all things life and business. Including Gretchen’s journey from the US to Germany, family changes, corporate departure and, of course, technology – as in pure daily life style, our connection dropped half-way through our conversation! (you’ll hear me welcoming her back about 50 minutes in). Some of the points we cover:Embracing change and leadership growth: Gretchen shares her perspective on embracing change, shaped by her childhood experiences, which led her to be open to opportunities throughout her career. She emphasises the importance of solving problems, being aware of one's strengths and maintaining a growth mindset. Gretchen also highlights the value of self-awareness in identifying what energises and drains individuals, which can guide career choices and problem-solving approaches.Business and personal dynamics: as Gretchen says “business is personal” – we are human! Balancing personal approaches, characters, individuals… and AI is a task, no doubt about it. But for Gretchen, it all comes down to treating employees with dignity, especially during layoffs, and putting people at the core of business success.Energy management in professional settings: ever felt like you do not want to do something at a certain point of the day? So have we! Hence the value of understanding one's peak performance times and energy levels throughout the day. Gretchen talks about the concept of a "battery check" (which I loved!) to assess emotional states and readiness for tasks. Much like we would do with our phone battery…Personal accountability in organisational culture: conscious behaviour and personal accountability are at the heart of organisational cultures. Individuals at all levels should take ownership of their roles and not defer all responsibility to leaders. Gretchen experienced this herself, as she realised she needed to become the leader she wished she had, which led her to focus on self-awareness and understanding her own ego.Mastering emotional response strategies: choosing how to respond to situations and emotions, noting that people can decide to change their day at any moment. Did you know that the physiological duration of emotions  is around 90 seconds?   If you want to connect with Gretchenhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/gretchennemechek/https://opinari.co/ To connect with me:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucia-paredes-suanzes/https://www.coachingwithlucia.comhttps://www.instagram.com/coachingwithlucia/[email protected] Follow us on: https://www.instagram.com/c_is_for_change/Music from Soundstripe: Our Way, by Luke Bergs and Markvards.
