Growing Older Together | Facing Fears, Embracing Resilience

Growing Older Together is a short-form podcast for older adults, with solo episodes under 15 minutes. It explores fear, resilience, ageism, how we see ourselves, and the questions that stay with us as we get older. Some episodes are personal, while others focus on experiences and issues that deserve more attention.I started this podcast because society often treats aging like a fading out, as if our stories no longer matter. I don’t believe that. We are still here, and our stories deserve to be heard.Season Two: Finding Strength in Our Fears centers on fear, how it shows up in everyday life, how it keeps us quiet, and what it means to speak about it. Alongside the solo episodes, I occasionally share interviews with women about a moment that changed them and what it took to keep going. More interviews are planned and will be added as they're recorded. If you’ve ever felt unseen, dismissed, or as

ABOUT THIS SHOW
