    #67: Making a Change ~ The Messy Middle (FLOW & TRANSFORMATION SERIES #2)

    When we're going through big changes in our lives, we can often reach a point where we feel as if nothing is familiar. The routines we used to rely on in the past no longer work the way they used to. Old frameworks or structures no longer exist. We can feel as if we don't know who we are or what to do next. Laurie E. Smith, Flow State Speaker, author of The Flow Habit, and podcast host refers to this as the "messy middle"--the chrysalis phase of change. In this episode, Laurie walks through two critical moments as we are going through transitions or this limbo or "in-between" stage of change.
