Ep. 63 - "...more is more and less is less and there's bliss to be had when size no longer matters."
It’s been a month which has felt like a moment since a share was shared here, this is what happens when one does as they say aloud, which means this little living human is loving the lightness of living lightly. Here I share a few random knowings now know and a bit of bliss born in moments many don’t know to be in yet. Enjoy. This is a public episode. Ep. 62 - "...moving from a 'word of the year' to 'a priority' is paying off."
In this conversation I share a little of a look back on last year’s agreed priorities and how they continue to influence, inform, and inspire our ways and days. Now, with the experience that’s packed with example on example that focusing on a priority leads to the most wondrous outcomes, I show how we’ve focused our focus again this year on a shared priority and I can also share a couple of individual priorities that may inspire you to pick yours for the year from here. Ep. 61 - "...maybe this time next year it will be so normal you won't notice."
This conversation is a moment following a morning moment that is so normal it goes without notice. To keep it short, there are two parts, the first part of the convo talks to the idea of what we know is coming the day after Christmas, where we look ahead to next year. And, the second part talks to our most recent convo of gifting for the anti-gifters, specifically, how I found a gift that I can enjoy now and will be picked up and played with across the year ahead. Now knowing it’s a thing, I am already excited to know I will be getting the same gift next year! Remembering that everything shared here has everything to do with me (for me) and nothing to do with me (because it’s about you). Enjoy. This is a public episode. Ep. 60 - "...seriously, no gifts please."
There’s that moment that many of us feel like we’re invisible. The moments where many mean well but don’t really realise some of us are losing it our 💩 inside...Here I share a shared experience of not how to handle this moment, but just a conversation... Ep. 59 - "...a new sense of growing in one's knowing is so much more fun than growing up."
In this conversation I share with you an example of what it is for one human to grow into one’s own a little more than before. The benefits uttered aloud are greater than what has been shared here, and yet what has been shared may be more than enough to inspire, spark, or light a fire under your human backside to grow to own your now sense of self and where you can grow from here. Enjoy. This is a public episode. If you would like to discuss this with other subscribers or get access to bonus episodes, visit kathyrast.substack.com

Ep. 58 - "...the idea of living lightly has opened up the space and place in ways I didn't see coming, until now."
You’re most welcome with the warmest of welcomes to walk among and amidst these wondering words that have a little wild that lingers as they feel the new feels of light in their days and ways. 😅Correcting and incorrect in this conversation in that I know I sat that an adverb modifies a verb or noun, this is not totally true. An adverb can modify a verb, adjective, or other adverbs. Done, now that’s totally true for you.😁🔗 Lazy links from The Line that influenced, informed, and inspired parts of this conversation:* Lightly* Light* WhiteI didn’t include the idea of white partly played part of this ponder, instead I think this has may be a better fit for a coming conversation in connection one way of thinking that supports and sucks us when when we don’t know to look for it. Ep. 57 - "...it's my favourite wording way that opens up..."
If you’re a human that has experiences where your humans asks for more on some days that feel like they’re forever getting in the way, then this working way may work for you. When it lands true for you too you can feel confident and comfy to pull it front of mind for long enough to do what it does and grow to know it then loves to fall away from the front to open up the space for you to do what you can do today. Ep. 56 - "...knowing when others are asking to use my weird without asking is moving the ball back into my court...and it's kinda fun."
You’re most welcome to lean a little of your curiosity into a quick convo about how others can come in hot and want a little of our weird without asking. This is a light look at a light moment shared among real-humans in real-time. If this is you too then you may find parts that ring true for you and maybe a little something you can do. Whatever you choose, remember, take that which is only yours and leave the rest. K. This is a public episode. Ep. 54 - "...we don't need to take the real-life superpowers of others, knowing they're really real is more than enough."
You’re welcome and warmly waved over to jump in and listen to a twisty and, at times, tangled conversation of many pondering ponders that were pointless until they weren’t. From talking to assuming extinction is inevitable (which it’s not), to realising why I was always going to be drawn to my favourite human (which was totally actually really new to me in this moment). The point and purpose of sharing this cluttered coming together of many thinking thoughts is to share a way a mind can work that is unremarkable to me and is more normal to most that’s not often shared aloud. This conversation is shared to inspire your conversations with yourself and your humans in real life to pick up and play out ponderings that too are pointless until they aren’t.Remember, hold it lightly and only take the knowing and love the feeling of leaving the living creature to live a living life.KJust in case you are curious, to hear how my thinking thoughts usually sound when I’m thinking it, you could do like me and speed it up, some days it’s x1.5 up to x2 playback speed, on average, x1.25 is an easy intake of enough 🦦Sources that gave enough to inform, influence, and inspire these ponders…Etymologies:* Superpower* PleaseDefinitions:* Super* Power* Pleasure* Please* HedonismList:* Superpower Types This is a public episode. Ep. 53 - "...maybe quiet moments aren't so quiet, but they're (a) key to knowing a know before we can grow."
You’re most welcome to pop a ponder uttered out loud in your curious ears. Ep. 52 - "...purpose is enough of a pull and a promise to put pants on today."
Heya wonder-fill human 👋 You’re most welcome to jump into a thinking thought out loud as I share a little line of thinking connecting what we have with what we do and how we can leverage this to have more say in our day-to-day view.Soz it’s a little on the quiet side of sounds, please know this means my insides are screaming and so to speak any louder doesn’t seem possible or practical. Please put your loose listening ears on and be sure to potter about as you listen to the interwoven and interweaving lines of thinking coming together to grow something before it is knowingly known.Remember, as always and ever, please take that which is yours and lovingly leave the rest.K. Ep. 51 - "...it was easy to enjoy the joy in the moment because it was just us."
You’re invited into a moment where you weren’t welcomed or wanted, but one that is shared with you in mind. It’s a moment that was born and beared pure bliss because it was noticed. The point, the purpose and the promise in this particular conversation is to give you a little of the moment to share enough to enjoy the joy woven into and interwoven the words to carry and convey something you may notice in your day (too). As always, the actual event is just an example and means alot to me and little to you. What really matters here is you know another little that can do big things for you when you begin to notice them in your ways in your days — the key is to begin to notice when you feel those feels of the light seemingly being a little lighter in the places only we know 💛 This is a public episode. Ep. 50 - "...saying 'soz' makes my 'sorry' mean more."
A little language thang that is working for this human that may work for you too. You’re most welcome to jump in and join the conversation about the part sorry plays in our conscious and unconscious utterances. Within these words you’ll learn a little about sorry , even littler about soz, and grow a sense of how they’re different and can be more when they’re applied as shared here.In saying that last part, everything here is just only ever a suggestion and you’re egged on to break and make your own rules of thumb in the way your words work for you.The point the purpose and the potential here is to lighten the load on the little slips and to make the sads and sorrows mean more.As always, you’re encouraged and encourageable to be loose on the ear, curious on the mind, and forever working alongside and with your words in the wild.K. Ep. 49 - "...over thought over thinking until it felt thought over."
Oh, the bliss and beauty of rhetoric in real life is something that will forever fill one’s cup completely. Talking about the title here of “…over thought over thinking until it felt thought over” being more than a polyptoton working its wonders in the wild, but just eh joy of knowing that our minds will meander in our ways and days to work with us and it can be only us that says other wise. Here I share a little part of my paving a path out of the ditch that was depressed and feeling the feels of climbing a slippery slope back to my human-ing best baseline. You can listen ever so loosely to how I tie and tether my minds metaphoric infinite space to a couple of key words. This is shared with a working example to piggy back on if you want to find your feet in a space and place seemingly without footing. This is a conversation where it’s best to be doing something and paying less than one-eighth of your conscious attention to the exact words and to let the unconscious knowing take the lead in listening and love itself silly with what’s being said here. It’s a little fun, full of folly, and working in ways were yet to realise in reality…Enjoy.K. This is a catch up conversation to close a loop opened in our chat yesterday. I mentioned to things I realised while reading Thinking Fast Thinking Slow and totes forgot to circle back to close that loop — if it were a series, it would be a spin off of a supporting character’s life coming into their own.Until when, take a leaf from my language on Friday…keep it loose and love your best life out loud 😉K. Ep. 48 - "...I’ve been trialling and testing different ways to talk to topics that are kinda taboo and yet they’re needed and necessary."
You’re welcome and invited to jump in and join the conversation that’ll be nothing and everything in the long run. Over recently times I’ve been trialling and testing different ways to talk to topics that are kinda taboo and yet they’re needed and necessary 🤭Because we know what the words are doing here, we use them to ditch the idea of difficult conversations and bring in the curious. This conversation is the first of a couple of parts coming together, which means it’s chunky and clunky and kinda jumpy as I lean in and leverage my knowing to support the growing idea of how we can work with our past to inform the present and potential future for ourselves and us.As always, this conversation is shared unedited to continue to illustrate and offer an example of the complexity of the kick off conversation. I encourage you to lean in and on the complexity to feel the calm knowing from the experience this is important to get where we’re going — the complexity offers the many parts to be played with and to come together in connections soon to be connected. It’s these types of conversations it’s most important to listen lightly (think of Soap Operas, where watch every couple of weeks and you still know what’s going on, instead, be moving about and give the lightest attention to pick up the gist to get enough.)Until when, may your days be in your favour and forever your new favourite.K. Ep. 47 - "...leaning in and leveraging a low low is a new kinda cool."
You’re most welcome to jump in and listen to how I navigated (and continue to navigate) a recent experience and episode of extended deepening depression deep. The repeated sunken sad is super normal for me and now I have enough resources to really realise there is opportunity to leverage these moments and meet them with a task that needs doing which has the same characteristics.Specifically, because of my continued efforts to shape and structure my social supports and days and ways (yup, a lot through the lens of my language), I realised the real opportunity I could do something that needed to be done slowly and with a sense of calm…and guess what, these are the leading two characteristics of my deep deepening. While my low lingers continues to soften with each sunrise, I can see where I have been and what’s ahead. It’s a strange feeling each time that without reason or rhyme, this is normal for many of us.So I share this out loud for the purpose of letting you in on a little of the language that can truly evolve an experience, grow a knowing, and find a peace in the persistence.Until when, may your days be by your design and may you always have a sense of knowing your you is the best you you can do.K.🎶 The beautiful genius that is Florence and the Machine - Freeimportant: please note that because we are talking about health and my personal relationship with working with medical professionals, that everything shared is my experience and it’s up to you to work with your trusted professional to support your choices. Ep. 46 - "...I've learnt how to make an extended moment of melancholy something to enjoy."
Everything I share is not for show, which means the words will be light has I continue to navigate this moment in real life in real time. You’re most welcome to listen to how I have shapes my experience with prolonged melancholy to be one that borders on being enjoyable. In line with my personal values, this experience has grown, and continues to grow from my need and value of knowing I have a choice in my experience of my experiences — this is just one experience I have chosen to share aloud with you today. This passing moment has been shared with the purpose to illustrate one human’s experience in this very normal human experience, and shared with the hope that there is something in the way I have worked with my own words together with how I have worded with you in mind to inspire a sense of evolving your own experience.Yup, that’s it. Ep. 45 - "...having a conversation about conversations can open up conversations."
You’re most welcome to listen lightly to the idea of inviting a conversation about a conversation not yet conversationed aloud by asking a simple question. So often, almost often, we can walk away from conversations wondering what was not said aloud. You know the kinda conversations where there is the unspoken wanting to be welcomed into the room and yet it can feel a little forced and or weird just to call it out directly. If you’ve had one or more of these conversations, then this conversations about conversation may be a handy knowing to know and have within arms reach in your ways and days.Personally and professionally I have pulled a version of this question out over the last week and it has worked wonders in the most wonderful of ways. Some conversations were meaning-fill and some where just for fun — all the conversations were worthy and worth their weight in gold.Until when, please lightly listen and only take the part that stands out to you with you. Then it’s yours to do as only you can do from here.K. This is a public episode. If you would like to discuss this with other subscribers or get access to bonus episodes, visit kathyrast.substack.com

Ep. 44 - "...we're not having the right conversations yet."
You’re most welcome to warm up to the idea with me that that we continue to leak in old ways into our ways and days through the littlest parts of our language languaged out loud. This conversation is for the thinkers who love thinking. This conversation is for those who want a little deliberate ambiguity out loud. This conversation is for those who want a sense of choice where other would say there is none. Here is a calamity, chaotic, and coming together of so many conversations that haven’t been conversed out loud yet. I know, you may be saying, ‘Ahhh, Kathy, isn’t that every conversation here?’ and you’d be right. To get us started talking about topical talking I invite us to get above the conversations, the experience, the parts that may feel too personal and instead share a little insight into part of my process of creating choice in my ways and days in deciding what experience to experience and how we can bring front of mind the value to be added, or not, leading us to a place and space to support a sense of (and actual) choice.Soz, you’re welcome 😅K. Ep. 43 - "...looking at ai though the lens of the Luddite may hold more choice in our happy."
You’re most welcome to walk among these words doing as they have done. As this one human continues to peel back the layers of complexity in our days and our ways, there is a growing knowing in choices being unconsciously silenced aloud. From this conversation I found a connection of one experience I am navigating, namely the over eager insertion of ai into my everyday experience. This conversation is neither for nor against, it’s about looking at the purpose and how it’s too easy to miss the point. It’s that growing sense of the fast pace set long before now leading us away from the best pace for our human-ing experience. This convo is a ponder in progress with only parts of clarity clearly communicated as it becomes clear — soz and you’re welcome.Anyhooo, thanks for playing your part and talking with me, as connecting with the legacy of the Luddites, I’m now seeing a new view on shaping my relationship with technology from today. You’re invited to take that which is only yours and leave the rest.K. Ep. 42. - "...maybe our prioritised priorities are the key to peel back the complexity to enjoy new in-betweens."
You’re welcome to walk among these words with me. It’s funny this conversation came out of no where. It’s this kind of conversation that brings front of mind that we always have a thinking thought, meaning being made, and sense drawing in data through our senses.Growing from the knowing of the ‘in-between’ lens, in this conversation we walk with wonder in what is important and importance in our days and our ways. Continuing to peel back the layers of expectations of what we think we need to do while loving ourselves silly in the ever so small steps stepping us closer to what we choose to among those needing needs. This conversation is 100% human, 100% unscripted, 100% growing in the knowing together as the wonder is worded aloud. As always, the choice is only ever yours to do as you do, but for this place and space, please take that which is yours and go ahead and leave the rest.K. This is a public episode. Ep. 41 - "...maybe the bliss of the in-between is coming at the cost of hacking our human-ing."
Hello Wonder-Filled Human 👋This one’s a curious one. It feels like it is what it needs to be for now. And, it feels like there is more to grow in what we know from it. Across this conversation, I look to where we'‘re going……and immediately take a sharp left.Coming back (thanks to trusting tethers of my notes keeping the promised topic front of mind), I walk us back to the idea of the idea of our responsibility of our own happiness and look at little at the real-world costs of actually being happy in our ways and days. It’s funny, while I mention a real-world human-ing experience of peeling back the excess, the too much, and the ‘wtf?!s’ the costs continue to mount in expected and unforeseen ways. Here I share a little of a couple of thoughts thinking while in the wild with the words of others and how I clicked, collected, and connected them into what I was making sense of in my human-ing in progress. It’s an easy listen, one that isn’t there for every word to be heard. By just listening to the cadence, the coarseness, or the curious shifting shifts across the topics is more than enough for this one. Now with those words doing as they are doing, it’s now up to you lean in, listen, and learn what you will click, collect, and connect to that which is yours today and enjoy the growing knowing in leaving the rest.K. Ep. 40 1/4 - "...I'm chuffed that I've worked with my words to dissolve and evolve my experience in under 48 hours."
To share a share in real life in real time in the moment before it moves on to being more, I share a sense of how I have reformed, transformed, and formed a new experience post people-ing in public. For me, guilt is crippling (both with and without just reason). Here I share a share as close as I could to the really real moments that followed my recent efforts to human in the world with others.Growing with what I’m knowing now, I can already see how each experience can be easier and enjoyabler. I can already see how (with my evidence now) that the suck and the suffer is getting shorter and shorter. I already feel almost wholly human in less than 48 hours, which would have been unheard of for 2024 Kathys. It’s moments made into experiences like these that really are adding up to have this one human believing our experience of our experience really can be our own through the words we’re actually using.Than you for you, the you that only you can do.K. Ep. 40 - "...I know now I need to know when the food is coming out."
You’re welcome to join me among these wondering words which have so much meaning mashed into them that they are more meandering than getting where they were always going. Here in this conversation I share the sense of what it can be to make sense from moments of mess to realising we already know what we need and once we decided we are going to meet that need then it’s up to us to get on getting on.To many this conversation may to confuse, but I’m guessing, believing, and trusting this isn’t you. In this small growing space on the world wide web that connects us, there are some of you that pop a shared ponder in progress in each week — This means you get it.You get that there is more to this than the words. You get that this is coming together to being something bigger for something bigger. You get that thinking out loud is born from a single question, makes it way through a mass and mess of the middle, and lands with a new knowing.Knowings really add the value when they are backed with our behaviours. So, as we do here, it’s time to walk the talk. So, I’m off to eat good food, print my notes, and slip in a sneaky afternoon nap to be a fully functioning human tomorrow.Talk soon,K.P.S. There’s every chance my vulnerable vulnerability will get the better of me and this conversation will self destruct before the day’s out 🤭 This is a public episode. Oh, walking among one's words in real-life in real-time is a wondrous wonder even onto itself. In this conversation, we took a turn from shaping the dimensions of our physical space to working with the wave of feels that comes with being back in the space and place of an old decided decisions and how we can level our experience from the present. As with each conversation, no script, no outlines, no glasses, just a human with a mic sitting in a small room looking at a big sky and wondering many whys. Please listen on your light listening setting and only that that which is yours and leave the rest.K. Ep. 37 - "...as these few things come together the space I've structured long before today is working in ways I didn't know was possible until now."
You're invited to walk among my meandering mind as I find my feet between big things come together. While many may one to believe thought through thinking is singular, share, and simple, it's note. Thinking through something is diving into details deep and undiscovered by most. The coming together so something can be in a single moment, while others (the really good one) feel each other out to find how it could fit, how it could work, how it can become a new to you (me) way in your (my) day. Really sitting in the slow of a growing idea is skills not normal to most. It's here I offer an example of one human finding her way, one human picking up and putting down ponders like they are a slowly sipped cuppa on a lazy afternoon. While most will not make sense now, by moving forward with our thinking we move our thinking forward, and what happens next......well, we'll just have to keeping wondering to see.Until when, may your words to be kind, your curiosity be continuous, and your days and ways grow you to be a little more and more than your before.K This is a public episode. Ep. 35 - "...it's not the size of the small but it's relative relationship to our big."
Hello and welcome 👋You're welcome to walk among these words with me as we look at the idea of what it is actually and practically enjoy the small things in our lives. Something I've been ponding in parallel to my other ponders about size matters. Specially I've noticed a new frequency of feeling the feels of bliss that now finds its way to front of my mind on most given days. Each moment is unremarkable to many and yet to walk passed me in one of these moments (yup, they happen in public often) one would could be right in thinking I'm up to something because of that satisfied smile I wear without obvious reason. In this ponder that has travelled with me lightly over a couple of months now, it was the brush of a light brush against the palm of my hand feeling my way in the world one unremarkable day that I realised it's not the size but the relationship of said size to its world. Fast forward through many thoughts thought to land with the now knowing that there is the potential bliss to be had with little to know effort in seemingly small things, but first it's up to us to adapt the world in which the small things can have room to become bigger.🤯 🤯🤯(I really wished this little fella was smiling while the mind made a new sense in this moment.)Yup, all this coming together one Tuesday when you weren't looking (because that would be weird!).Anyhoooooo, until when, take only what you need and leave the rest for the rest...there's always more than enough to go round.K.P.S. Ep. 34 - "...it feels like that moment when you're not up nor down, you're in the moment between."
You're welcome and invited to join in this conversation conversed without being first rehearsed, where the words of one human human-ing wondered and walked out loud among her words. In this conversation we look a little at noticing when we are scratching an itch that may or may not be ours. We look at the moment in the middle as less of a mess and more into the idea of the bliss of being between to moments. To be honest, I'll be listening this one too as there feels like there's something important coming front of mind which only happens when I have sense of starting a conversation with you here.Until when, I hope, trust, and believe you too will listen loosely and take that which is only your and leave the rest.K. Ep. 33 - "...the moment landed not because of the words but because everything she does said she was already doing it.' "
Oh my golly gwosh, the moment many parts come together is one I hope is forever out of the reach of research finding explanation. You're invited to here the response that prompted this unplanned conversation without my glasses. As I share the experience of thinking deep and deeply thinking a thought through, I share the idea of being deliberate in who you invite to influence your progressive ponder. I knew at some stage I was going to ask this one human a question topic and she delivered, both in guiding me on how many stitches to cast on for my first beanie pattern to her connection to aging older. As I share, holding the ease collected in the moment she uttered her wisest words without blinking, my plans have already shifted beyond before and have the feels of coming together in the moment wondrous of ways. So, until when, may your minds be every on your side,K.P.S. Book recommendation correction (haha, warned you I didn't have my glasses on 😅) , the beautiful book recommended here is Braiding SWEETgrass (not seagrass...my bad, you're welcome 🤭) This is a public episode. Ep. 32 - "...I realised deterioration isn't equal to declining, it was more a new baseline."
You're most very welcome to pick our progress ponder about the potential within the words of moving from 'getting older' to realising what we can achieved when we're 'growing older'. In this conversation I share the messy moments of making sense of a universal human experience. Since sharing last week, the frame of 'growing older' is supporting a growing sense of choice in what is happening to me (and my humans around me experiencing the same in their own human-ing) and really settling in a sense of ease in the ever changing experience.Words are forever funny to me in how they can shift what we see in a moment and how quickly they can move those mountains back to moment that has already passed by the time we notice it.Until when, may your day be full of laughter, love, and a lot of living in real-life in real-time.K. Ep. 31 - "...I found getting older uninspired, so I'm choosing to grow older, which..."
Heyya 👋You're invited to pop in and out of a long ponder in progress. For months now I've been pondering the purpose and potential in growing older and what I can do now for my future me to be stronger.I say this ponder in progress because deep thinking into thing something to new depths happens with time, space, and effort, so I share the sense of what real-time deep thinking in progress can be.Aging is a universal experience and it's my intention that by sharing this idea ideating in progress that you and your humans too can grow from this starting suggestion so that we can each grow stronger together.Soz, getting the feels of leaning into a pumped up pep talking, so I'l pip down and get back to pondering in private.See you on the other side,K. Ep. 30 - "...I was struggling to find a purpose and point and now I'm loving myself silly while sorting my bobby pins."
You're invite to listen lightly (which means while walking, washing the dishes, or while lazily laying back and resting a restful rest). Among these many words (which there are many) I share a recent personal experience with you in mind. As a heads up and to kind to your mind, this conversation is truely what it would be if we were to jump on the phone now and you would just listen as I find myself in a shared moment. It's my hope and trust that you too will find yourself in on part of this conversation and you will become curious, you will find something to resolve, dissolve, and evolve to be a new experience in your experience.I know, pretty flippin' ambitious for a 30 minute convo, but hey, let's shoot passed the stars to land on our feet from here.Until when, may your human-ing be kind and curious in your days and ways,K. You're invited to walk among a collection of words working to focus the focus between now and the year of that begins from here. Ep. 28 - "...ooooppps, I just noticed I took y'all on a tangent. Soz."
In the last conversation, I intended to share another view to frame our focus on something...and then my mind took us elsewhere. So here it is, a conversation shared for you to consider in your new years resolution-ing.As always, and to be expected, it's a little clunky, chucky, and packed with an idea coming into clarity. Please remember to take that which lands with you new and leave the rest.K. Ep. 27 - "...I realised it wasn't imposter syndrome it was a fear of judgement."
You're invited to walk among my meaning being made in real life in real time through the words I'm actually already using. Ep. 26 - "...they laughed at me for being scared of feeling calm."
Walk among my words as I share something seemingly silly and yet it makes perfect sense. I share a continuing shift that is very personal, very personable, and all the way human. In this conversation I share a part of my recent realisation that I was keeping myself stressed because I was scared of feeling the internal experience of calm. That's right, I have learned to be so good at being stressed that it was scary to not be stressed (aka calm). This is a lot more normal than many know to word this way yet, a kind of a better the devil we know kinda thing. Please listen loosely and take that which is yours and leave the rest. Ep. 25 - "...if we don't pick it up in the first place, we won't have to let it go."
You're invite to listen loosely to a wording way that is kind to the mind and supports reduces creating unnecessary cognitions to support unconscious and conscious allocation of our personal resources. Language-ing includes (which will only make sense after listening to the Ep):1. Notice when you are asking 'why'2. Narrate the current experience (build you're own voice that could make a shopping list sound life changing)3. Ask:'What's important for me to know about that?' (answer and then ask again) 'What's important for me to know about that?' This is a public episode. Ep. 24 - "...we can focus our focus better with the frame 'What can I say yes to?'"
This is a chunky and clunky conversation to suggest simple wording way to dissolve and evolve the resource suck of people pleasing and boundary enforcing to focus our focus with a more kind-to-the-mind to better our connections with ourselves and others. As always, unplanned, unscripted, and all the real reality as if we were started a curious conversation where no one thought to look yet.enjoy. Ep. 23 - "...after 20 something years I only now realise what trust feels like when..."
You're invited to walk a little among my wording words. I promise they are a little wayward, a little wonky, and all the while wondrous. There's a little about trust, a little about talking to ourselves, and some parts about normal norms in our information processing ways and days.As referred to, here's a short video that shares part of the part that ums and ahhs play in how we are processing information and connect in conversations with ourselves and others. 🔗 Why do we, like, hesitate when we, um, speak - Lorenzo García-Amaya This is a public episode. It's been a minute, moment, and much more than I can share since the last time I shared here. Ep. 18 - "...didn't lose it, just had the safety on."
Welcome and wonder with me as I share one human's experience so that you can click, collect, and connect with an example to pop in your personal polly pocket so that you too can (un)lose your voice too.The premise and promising potential promise is that you may find that you'll never lose your voice again. Instead you can learn an energy efficient and kind to the mind method of working with your cleverness of your body's systems too by leaning into silence, practicing patience in private, and realising in real time the value of a breaking from your now normal to move to a new normal. As always, remember to listen with your light listening ears and only take that which is yours while leaving the rest.K This is a public episode. Ep. 17 - "...I have no idea what it was or where it came from...and I'm here for it."
In my forty somethin' years, I've never laughed like I did the other day. The point, the purpose, and particular takeaway from this conversed convo is not trying to imagine the sound I made, but to know and notice your own unremakable moment so that you can click, collect, and connect with your very own moment of bliss and pop it in your polly pocket to draw on anytime, anywhere, anyway. Imagine a world where we are a thought away from connect, feeling, and being bliss-filled...now that's a world I'm here for! This is a public episode.
