Send us Fan MailIn the inaugural (why does word always remind me of Trump now??!!) episode of the 111 Approach Podcast, host Lakhmi shares her personal journey from a skeptical scientist to an Intuitive Reiki Master. She discusses growing up being able to perceive energies that weren't visible to most people, her background in science and the medical field, her introduction to Reiki, and how it transformed her understanding of energy healing. Lakhmi emphasizes the importance of self-care and wellness, offering listeners insights into the power of energy and the body's ability to heal itself. The episode concludes with a 1 minute healing meditation, inviting listeners to connect with their true selves. She has also realized that she has mixed in writing in the third person and first person - but hey - this is what you signed up for... the randomness and quirkiness will prevail throughout! She is also wondering does anyone even read the show notes?? Let me know - remember to download, rate, review and subscribe!
