In this episode, I am embracing the tender energy of spring with another "Spring – Themed" affirmation. In this episode we go on a mindful journey inspired by the delicate balance of Fall – letting go and remaining grounded. Through today's affirmation we explore the powerful symbolism of nature during this season of change.
