Grace Within

Hi beautiful souls! My name is Sarah, welcome to Grace Within! I am thrilled that you're a part of this journey of authenticity & spiritual growth. #77 The challenges that will help you grow

We might not like challenges and we see it as this giant thing we have to overcome like a big cloud over our head. It all does exist for a certain reason, nothing other than to help you grow.Let me know in the comments section what's something that stood out to you from this episode! 🫶🏻 I always read them myself.

  2. 74

    76. How practicing gratitude can shift your life and negative narrative

Have you been in times when you wanted to give up? Not seeing any progress and suddenly deciding to look away from yourself? Here's how the work of gratitude comes into place, it shifts your focus from all that is not working to all possible things yet to happen and being thankful for all the great things that we often overlook. Conserve your energy only to what matters, protect your peace even if it means walking away from what's not authentic to you anymore. It can feel like the most loneliest journey ever but on the other side is freedom to be and create the life you once envisioned.Much love & blessings,Sarah

    75. If you’re a sensitive soul and it gets too much sometimes, listen to this

The energy of holding back and shrinking is the energy of “I’m not deserving of great things in life.”Everything that we desire, we may not get but we absolutely attract the person we are or becoming. If carrying too much and being there for everyone feels heavy, drop that weight and remember you are human too that has its own weight to take care of. I hope listening to this brings healing to your nervous system 🤍 With love,Sarah

  4. 72

    74. If you struggle with confidence and self-worth

In this episode, I go deep into what makes you confident, how to raise your self-worth and live a life from love, not fear.Self-worth and confidence are close to each other, it is built through repetition, taking uncomfortable action, staying authentic to who you are, exploring in solitude to know about yourself, being aware and mindful of your choices, words and intentions. Those words have been thrown around everywhere in the self-help world and I truly want to shift and explore what it truly means. It should mean something to you.Questions you can reflect on:1. What does confidence mean to me? 2. When do I feel the most confident?3. Do I do the things I say I am going to do?4. Am I doing something I love, even if it was short everyday?5. Where in my life do I feel lack of confidence and self-worth, what can I do about it? how can I feel connected to myself? (activities, habits you need to change/quit/do)I hope this was helpful, as always I'd appreciate it if you left a comment, review and share it with someone who you know might benefit. 73. What the present moment can teach you

Every phase in your life brings a challenge and learning how to navigate it is a skill you can certainly master. Whether you're new to learning to be in the present moment or still learning what it means, this episode is for you. I hope it helps you in someway understand that the present moment is a lived, learned state and you can shift your awareness from being somewhere far to what life is gifting you now.Sarah IG: https://www.instagram.com/guidewithsarah/ Work with me: https://calendly.com/sarahalqhwaizi/1hrBlog: https://sarahalqhwaizi.substack.com/

  6. 70

    72. You're allowed to be a work in progress and still move forward

Your life is like a creative process, think of it like painting a canvas -> what colors would you use? what would you paint? how big/small is your painting?Don't let fear guide your direction. Your heart remembers what needs to be said and done.

  7. 69

    71. What do you actually want? How to find clarity even if you’re not sure.

The clairity you're after only comes when you ask the right questions and are comfortable to sit with indecisiveness. If you live your life seeking just comfort, you miss out on all the opportunities that are right in front of you because of fear.I hope this helps!

  8. 68

    70. Is finding your purpose stressing you out?

Grab a tea, coffee, or any warm drink you love, and settle into one of my favorite topics to talk about :)Purpose is here now. Purpose is what you can do now. Purpose is not reaching a goal, it's who you decide to show up as. It is not to be chased. Stop asking the question of purpose like I used to do in the past and instead start asking "what can I do now that is of joy?" or "what is this present moment asking from me, how can I show up today as my authentic self?"Let your present actions and values carry you to your purpose, it may change multiple times and that's okay because you're evolving as you should be. Sometimes we ask the wrong questions that's why we're not getting our answer.Leave a review below and share to grow this community, it means a lot to me.Create your free gene key profile: https://genekeys.com/free-profile/(if you're interested to learn about the gene keys)Love & blessings, ✨Sarah

    69. Finding resilience in the darkest times

Strength often doesn't cry for your attention, it whispers softly in the background and transcends through people, a gentle hug, a sudden message from a friend you've been missing, a kind gesture from a stranger, a short line of courage you read from your old journal and that changes your whole mood. Knowing there's someone who cares is enough to get you through a difficult time. I hope this episode finds you where you are in life and reminds you that you're not alone.Catch you next week!

  10. 66

    68. Grieve the parts of you that once loved

Have you let yourself grieve something, someone you loved so much? Grieve is part of love, it's a huge part of life and a beautiful experience at the same time that I get to share now and talk about. Let it be heavy. Let it shatter you but don't let it consume you or pull you away from love again. Your ability to grieve is your capacity to open your heart and fully love. If you're going through a big transition in your life, this episode is for you my love. I hope this helps, leave me a review below and share this episode with someone you think might need this 🩷Blessings your way,Sarah

  11. 65

    67. We’re to live with ease and freedom

The older I get, the more I realize that freedom is not just a feeling. Freedom is a whole way of living, to live with curiosity and open mind to pursue what is authentic. I encourage you to remind yourself to be compassionate, set standards and boundaries to what is okay and what isn't. You can be both at the same time. There isn't a box you're meant to cuddle and fit in.Much love,Sarah

  12. 64

    66. How pain turns into the healer

In this episode, I speak about the challenges of finding the right people to connect with, where we decide to spend our energy and how we can master truth in our life without sacrificing who we are in order to fit. The more your expand your consciousness and listen to your intuition, it gets tough, yes but at the end its a win-win for you and others because you're only bringing what's true to you and through that you're clear on what you want. It's the invitation to sit with yourself and see life as it is not as you are. You are not here to prove anything or justify but to live your purpose with expression and curiosity. Lead with this energy and see how your life begins to change. Curiosity, creativity and mastering surrenderance to what comes to you. You always have something to choose from and you only have the power to change that or keep things the same. I hope this reminds you of your potential, not live in limitations. Practical way you can do this is being present in things you do, during conversations and be aware of what is happening right then. Meditation helps you with clarity and inner peace, the more you sit with yourself even when its the most tougest things to do, you are training your mind and body - reminding yourself that it is okay. It is safe.Interested in deepening your meditation practices? 65. Have you been taking care of yourself lately?

To everyone who's showing up and working everyday for their goals and making the best out of their day, I am rooting for you in the corner. You're not alone. Continue showing up even when it feels uncertain, difficult, tiring because you know you can slow your pace down anytime you want. No one's chasing you, yours plans and dreams are not running away from you if you slow down. Rest isn't productive. It's simply what the body needs. There were weeks like last week when I kept moving and barely giving myself the rest I needed, especially for my mind. Quiet down your mind, take care of your body and everything you're feeding yourself from food to the people you surround yourself with - they all have energy. It's your responsibility to step away from something/someone if it's not aligned anymore.Love & blessings,Sarah

  14. 62

    64. How to stop comparing yourself with people

Comparison stems from not being satisfied and happy with who you are because you're constantly looking at other people's highlight reels and the 10% you see on social media. Protect what you consume, cleanse your sight from unnecessary drama, gossip and news. You don't have to know everything, focus on your progress and where you're heading so you don't lose sight of your vision.

  15. 61

    63. Trusting asks for your vulnerability

Trusting is hard for some people who have had a bad experience growing up and trusting someone and felt betrayed or trusting themselves led them to an unexpected bad situation. In this episode, I guide you to ask yourself "if I trusted now, what will I do with the one life I have even if it feels scary"TRUST, dear one, lean into it more and don't be afraid to ask questions to get to your truth. It's messy but I promise you its liberating to live an authentic life than to follow the grain 🩷

  16. 60

    62. Growth is not perfection

I hope you enjoy this one!

  17. 59

    61. Don't take the little steps for granted

You are so much far than you used to be. In this society now, it's so quick to go to the next task and forget about the things you used to struggle with. Learn to step back and appreciate the little things that got you here today.

    58. The love you're seeking is all inside you

Hi beautiful souls, in this episode I talk about sourcing love from within rather than waiting for someone to show you that love. 21. 55

    57. The Journey of Vulnerability

I hope this invites you to explore your relationship with yourself and the things you need to start changing in your life so you can have the life you want. Don't only do it only when you "feel" like it, encourage yourself to go deeper into yourself, your limitations and ask yourself why you keep postponing your life for later or when you feel ready. That time will never come, you have to create it now.Share your experience with me in the comments or you can connect with me on Instagram sarah_alqhwaiziAll my loveSarah

    56. What have you told yourself?

I want you to take a moment and think about all the things you repeat to yourself like "you're not important", "you're not enough" and all the stories that people have said about you.Are they really true? Or you know they're not true but you're afraid to challenge them? In this episode, I speak more about this and you can also check out my blog post to read more.here: https://open.substack.com/pub/embrace101/p/what-have-you-told-yourself?r=1nn130&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false Much love,Sarah

    55. Often you're judging yourself, not others

Hi friends, good to have you back with another episode of this week. How often are we critical? Judgemental and our worst enemies? We judge what we deny to understand and we judge because we sometimes compare our lives with another. So grab your favorite snack, drink and listen in closely. As always, you're not alone.Much love,Sarah

    54. Change can be subtle

    53. How to improve your self-esteem and feel peaceful within

Hi beautiful souls! Thank you for coming back this week listening in, I appreciate you all. In this episode, I share with you my journey towards a better self-esteem and I found peace within. Often when I thought of peace, I thought it was the physical environment, while that can be true but creating within peace reflects onto your outer environment and it affects every person, opportunity you come in contact with. When we create peace within, nothing external can shake that because you're so grounded in yourself. To feel safe with other people, we need to feel safety within, I invite you to create a space around you where you can be fully yourself and bathe in that energy. Questions for you to reflect on 💛:How can you from today live mindful, intentional, authentic and confident? What needs to change? What actions you need to take? What do you need to say to yourself in the mirror everyday?Love & peace,Sarah

    50. Taking imperfect action is better than no action

In this season with so many changes happening, consider letting go of imperfection in your daily actions. Ask yourself that if you're not doing the very thing that you know you should even if it scares you, what opportunities you maybe missing out.

  29. 47

    49. Emotions are valid, enough with the stories

Hi my loves, in this episode I talk all about emotions and not resisting what we're feeling. If you find yourself judging and hard on yourself, grab your favorite drink and let's normalize not having everything figured out and tough emotions exist and the only way out is through.Let me know in the comments what you're biggest takeaway was, I love reading your responses! ❤️All my love,Sarah

    48. Change is part of your evolutionary process

Hi beautiful humans! In this episode, I talk about the challenges of change and what comes with it. I know how difficult it is to accept change and adapt to new things in your life, it's definitely not easy to move from something familiar to embark a new journey.Know and remember that you are in absolute control of how you feel and act. Instead to reacting to what life presents to you, how can you lean into trusting your path and begin a accepting that life comes with ups and down. You are in the driver seat, you are in control. And if I can make this work, so can you.I hope this episode was helpful! All my love~ Sarah

    47. Third agreement: Don't make assumptions.

Hi beautiful humans! In this episode I share with you one of the agreements from Don Miguel Ruiz's book "The Four Agreements" that I was inspired to talk about after listening to the audio book for like the 10th time! (i love it)This is a great reminder for you to stop assuming and instead, ask questions. When we assume, we create a cycle of overthinking, worry, anxiety and confusion. In this episode I discuss the importance of distinguishing between personal issues and relationship dynamics. I emphasize the need to differentiate between what is personal and what is related to the relationship, suggesting that personal dissatisfaction can often manifest in relationship issues. Also, I highlight the significance of inner wisdom and the dangers of assumptions, recommending you to question your assumptions to avoid conflicts and make clearer decisions. All my love,~ Sarah

  32. 44

    46. Transitioning to an authentic path

Hi lovelies! I hope you're doing good. I'm back this week with another episode, I had so much inspiration and energy to talk about this topic, knowing that I've become an expert at it because I've transitioned a lot and made so many changes to my life not knowing if its going to lead me anywhere but clearly it did!I hope this helps you reflect back on your life and where you're maybe scared to make a change and start something new. In my view, change is important even if it feels so uncomfortable and I know many people prefer to stay the same and that is also fine as long as you're in alignment with your values and who you are. You're braver than you think and you can always pivot if things are not working the way you hoped for.Let me know in the comments what your thoughts are! Would love to read about your journey in life 😊All my love ~Sarah

    45. The most self-loving thing you can do

In this episode, I speak about my challenges with emotions and allowing for it to just be there instead of needing to "fix" and toughen up. The more you toughen up throw your pain and emotions, the more tensed your body become with showing up authentically. As we allow emotions to settle in, let it out and allow space for it to be, we are simply welcoming. Learn to welcome the ebbs and flows of life, without them peace doesn't exist. Learning that life has duality, it has growth and pauses. You stop growing when you stop showing up and giving yourself a chance to rest. The most self-loving thing you can do is offering compassion instead of judgement or downplaying what you've been feeling. With grace always, Sarah

    43. There's magic on the other side of pain

In this video, I talk to you about the journey of trusting yourself, following your inner guidance, believing in yourself and how that impacts all areas in your life. To live a healthy life is to live life fully and going through the ups and downs and reminding yourself that it's a temporary situation and there's always light on the other side. Never underestimate the power of sitting with yourself and reflecting back on all the things you've achieved and done for yourself and the ones you love. 42. Everyone has an inner critic

In this episode, Sarah talks about the inner critic that everyone has in their life and she explains how she battles the phases in her life and believes in herself regardless. I invite you in this episode to come up with a special mantra that empowers you in those difficult times when you have given up and everything seems like it's not working. Here's the thing, your mind will come up with reasons why things are not working but if things are changing that means its working. Don't Stop Believin' is playing in my head right now. Hehe. You're enough and stronger than you think you are!

    41. Finding calm within the chaos

Hi lovelies! I am happy you're back listening to weekly episodes, I've been trying to see where my intuition guides me when creating these episodes and the theme that's going on in my life and those i notice around me is that they've been trying to pursue their goals while having so much to do. A way that I like to come back to my heart when the world is going crazy, there's overstimulation and so much expectations being put on oneself to do and be someone. Don't forget who you are, why you're here and why you began your journey. Come back to your truth, what truly matters to you.

I had the pleasure inviting to my show this beautiful woman who I met in an online coaching event and we knew we clicked. Clara with over 2k subscribers and at the age of 32 decided to sell everything and go embark a solo travel journey without certainty and knowing where she will be headed. Deep down she knew she's meant for greatness and wanted to follow her heart. With fear being there, she didn't allow that to stop her from chasing her wildest dreams. She said yes and the rest is history. 38. How to stand up and speak for yourself

In this episode, I share important points on owning yourself and speaking up when needs. I personally struggled with this in my life and I found myself being miserable because I resented who I was. Not realizing that part of resentment led to me being closed off and coming out as "quiet" or "nice girl". I would be called that all the time by people and it would trigger me so much that I start pleasing and looking and seek approval from others. If you're someone who's struggling with this, you're in the right place and I hope this helps you in some way. You have a right, you have a voice no matter what you believe in or what your ethnic background is.❤️ Let's stay connected below 😊 Sarah IG: https://www.instagram.com/sarah.asrm/ Sarah FB: https://www.facebook.com/sarah.salam.18062/ 1-1 coaching: https://calendly.com/sarahalqhwaizi/1hr Much love, Sarah

    37. How to focus on your goals and procrastinate less

While focusing can be hard for most of us and we procrastinate on getting the most important things done. I realized the pain of not doing the things I promised myself to do and staying the same is is greater than the pain of actually doing the thing. So I feel the pain and do it anyways because I know I will feel satisfied. Hope this helps! ❤️ Much love, Sarah

    36. Embracing change in uncertain times

Hi beautiful humans, it's been a while since I've posted. This is an episode on change and how uncertain times take us to a different path even when unexpected. Usually these times teach us how to accept what is brought to our awareness. I know it feels difficult to accept the ugly but think of it as a crucial step to your growth and that everything else will fall into place at the right time. Hope this helps as a reminder to stop resisting and start embracing the changes even when its difficult. I trust you are in the right path to make decisions that align with your truth. 30. The importance of raising your vibration and knowing your worth

Hi beautiful souls, in this episode I take a run down on self-esteem and owning yourself. It can feel scary as a people pleaser to speak up but that's the biggest thing you can gift yourself. The more you nourish that comfort with that identity of "i can't speak up, no one listens", the more you're feeding the belief of "I'm not worthy to be heard" You most definitely are and I am here to shift your perspective of yourself to help you see more of your mind, more of your limitations and expand your vision of your reality. 29. How negative thoughts impact our energy

Hi beautiful souls! In this episode, I talk all about energy and the negative thoughts we have about ourselves. When we are not aware of what we say to ourselves, we cannot differentiate between what is true and what isn't. When we are in the world, we perceive things not the way they are but the way we perceive it to be from the glasses we're wearing. Be mindful what you say to yourself, words are very powerful. The more you're saying negative things to yourself, the more you feel disconnected from yourself and hate who you are. As Marcus Aurelius once said "You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this and you will find strength." With love, Sarah ❤️

    28. Someone once asked me: how do I know myself?

Hi beautiful souls! In this episode, I talk about the truths of knowing yourself and how do we navigate life through our own lens. Sometimes, we lose ourselves in people and forget who we are because we're so focused on the perception of others and their judgement towards us. To know fully who we are, we have to invite curiosity and begin to ask ourselves the right questions and you don't have to have the "right" answers to them in the moment, just become open to exploring.
