    This episode was tough to watch…in fact I took a break from watching after this one. This episode ended extremely frustrating for me. Tracy seems to strike again.     This episode does a turn. Jazz talks to her family about getting the weight loss surgery, they have other thoughts. But as it goes on and she tries to go on family outings and be the best mom she can for her daughter, strange symptoms and side effects get in the way. Losing weight is to feel better and be able to do more, not restrict you further...right?? I was a little taken aback by this episode because it opened my eyes that sometimes you can lose weight but still have health problems that linger or stay long term. Also, the situationship makes an appearance again.

    Tracy continues to SHOCK me. I thought she was just anxious and afraid of falling behind so she jumped for the temptations. However, after seing the end of this one...I'm not so sure!! **Spoilers (the show came out years ago) She ends up not only lying to EVERYONE with false promises, but for NO REASON! Her and Moe literally won the ENTIRE WEIGH IN! They could have given every other contestant WHAT THEY WANTED!! Now, she has a huge target on her back!!!     Until this point, I really liked Tracy, she pushed against her bad luck and was motivational! This episode started out as a doozy though. She made several decisions that were questionable. Hoping things turn around and decisions aren't based on fear. This episode seems like the opposite of the last one which was full of positivity and teamwork.     my600lb life Mark: podcast reaction. He CAN do it on his own! why does no one believe him!?

    This one both inspired me and depressed me! I couldn't believe how negative everyone surrounding Mark was. He just wanted to try to do it himself! Now, we don't know the full story right? Why would he have signed up for this show without knowing there would be surgery involved? Did his family sign him up out of desperation? And to counteract his families actions, he decided to be stubborn and say he could do it himself? Maybe. Addiction is addiction, and this is a common tactic used to get out of getting help. On the other hand, I am one to believe anyone can do it with the right amount of motivation and SUPPORT. The lack of belief from both family members AND even Dr. Now was astounding!     Injury: Resting does NOT equal quitting!?

    New year's is coming up and @loseandmaintainYT shares their injury experience. A lot of the times, we are told to push through the pain when it comes to losing weight. There is some truth in this, but when it comes to some injuries and illnesses, it can actually hinder our weight loss! Instead of losing weight steadily, we will worsen our injury, fever, cough, etc. Then, we'll end up stuck in bed much longer than we would have been. That leads to the scale stalling! With the upcoming New years celebration, a lot of pressure is put on making our resolutions happen. We should also focus on recovery days, they are so important! Yes, focus on reaching your goals. But, at the same time, make sure you recover and practice self care. You'll prevent injuries from happening in the first place!
