    In this episode, we explore a common pattern in a fat loss and body transformation journey. The strong surge of motivation at the beginning, followed by a drop in consistency once progress slows or plateaus. Early action is often driven by discomfort, whether physical, emotional, or psychological. This “push factor” can be highly effective in initiating change. However, it is typically short lived. This episode explains why relying on pain as a motivator is not sustainable, and introduces a more effective long-term driver, your purpose.
