I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer. In total, I have placed 1st and 2nd in the four bodybuilding shows I have competed in. I have been pursuing my pro-card for the past three years. Through my eight years of weight training, I have attained an incredible foundation of knowledge and experience that I hope to share with you. In this time, I have had the pleasure of working with many coaches, friends, and athletes. I’ve helped many of my close friends begin their journey in the gym and I aspire to do the same for you. I will provide the best content that I can produce which involves writing detailed plans that will blueprint how to achieve the same level of progress that I have attained. I am confident that my years of experience have made me the best at what I do, bodybuilding.
