Being born on this day — during Samhain, a time of death, rebirth, reflection, and transformation — feels like a powerful reminder of who I truly am beneath the masks I learned to wear.I also explore the deeper meaning of Samhain and Día de los Muertos, two traditions that honor our ancestors, the cycles of life, and the parts of ourselves we’ve buried or forgotten. I think of gratitude as a teacher because it has taught be many valuable lessons in my life especially in motherhood.Gratitude is  an anecdote for stress, complaints, negative thinking, and uncomfortable emotions. It has a healing power that truly can uplift your energy, help you release unwanted energy, cleanse your energy, and so much more. I want you to know that you don't have to pay a sound healer to get the benefits. You can learn and tap into the healing sounds that will help you by listening to various sounds and frequencies. For example, this could look like taking time to search You Tube channels that create "energy healing music." Notice how they make you feel. Do those sounds/music make you feel "better?" Another example could be through your voice chanting, singing, humming. It could be playing an instrument such as a drum, rattles, guitar, signing bowls, ect. I encourage you to play and practice finding what works for you!     11. Try this if you want to start your day with positivity and peace

    Please share your thoughts about how you felt about the episode and/or podcast!Does your morning often start with a busy mind leading you to feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed with your "to-do" list for the day?Do your mornings tend to get chaotic with getting yourself ready and your kids ready for school? From the moment you get out of bed do you feel like the light switch has turned ON and you are in GO mode?This is the season I have been in since my son started school. When I realized that starting my day in "GO" mode from the moment I woke up made me feel anxious and stressed, I knew this wasn't healthy for me nor was it going to be sustainable. My nervous system was constantly in fight-or-flight, which impacted my mood, my interactions with others, and my ability to make conscious decisions that I knew were good for my health and self-care. I didn't have the energy to do them, nor did I want to. In this episode, I share my personal morning rituals that I practice to help me start my day with joy, gratitude, and calm. This helps me start the day with a positive mindset and uplifting energy which carries me through my day.
