    This is a very timely episode. There are a couple of "I can't"s in my world. Exercise and meditating. Today I'll explain how that feels to me and what I'm doing about it. Summary of my "Plan it in Advance" challenge:1) Forget today.     Had a very enlightening and fun conversation with Shelby Nolan of A Divergent Lens Counseling this week. We learn more about alexithymia, the positive side of shame, and more!
