    Honestly, I listened to this for the first time after recording it 8 months ago. I wanted to share with you. I think I was stoned when I recorded this, so you probably should be too. ;) Anyway. I'm just discussing the energetic bridges between our memories and how they trigger emotions within us. We can use those memories to affirm positive emotions within us, and reconditioning our life. One must develop flexible ankles, knees, and hips before performing this asana. Great for after a run or being on the feet all day.
