    12: Heightened OCD and weird habits we do in HA

    A common complaint from women during Hypothalamic Amenorrhea is that they experience compulsive thoughts and behaviors, brain fog, and increased emotional stress.     08: Weight Gain in Recovery & Checking your Ego

    The burning question: will I have to gain weight in recovery?? How much will I have to gain?? The short answer is yes-you will have some degree of weight gain.Weight gain in recovery is inevitable, but it’s needed. In HA, you are in a depleted state. Nourishing your body back to a place of satiety and safety, is what is needed .
