    Episode 116: Using a CGM to Understand Food Impact in Real Time

    Episode 113: A Look Back- 2025 Dietary Guidelines vs. the 1992 Food Pyramid

In this episode, we discuss Part 2, which is to focus on solutions rather than problems.   When we label situations as "problems", the brain interprets this as a threat.  This activates the stress response (fight or flight) and this is NOT what we want when we're dealing with typical, everyday (non-threatening) situations.
