Ep. 40 Sanctuary Days and Social Media Breaks
In this episode of the Oh My Goodness podcast, I share the story behind my “sanctuary days”—two days a week where I step away from social media and most electronics to truly rest and reset. You’ll hear how burnout pushed me to create better boundaries, what it actually looks like to take time offline (imperfectly!), and why it matters for your nervous system, creativity, and relationships. I also talk about tools I use, like the Brick app, how I communicate these boundaries with clients and friends, and I invite you to imagine what your own version of sanctuary time could be.Want to dive in more? Ep. 39 Golden Headaches: What are they, and how I move through them
This episode is a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s really like to have a sold-out coaching practice and a life that’s “more than full-time.” I share the golden headaches of success: navigating a packed calendar, honoring my body after past burnout and carpal tunnel, and restructuring my schedule with sanctuary days, sleep, movement, and spiritual practices. I'll give you permission to need more support as you grow, to set clearer boundaries, to let business and life be lighter and more resourced, and to regularly ask, “What would make this feel more spacious and nourishing for me?”Want to dive in more? Ep. 38 How Small Shifts Impact Your Life
In this episode of the Oh My Goodness podcast, I open up about the “messy middle” of our goals and growth. I share honestly about running a sold-out coaching practice, joining a mastermind, and realizing I’m at capacity—and how that’s reshaping my goals. I invite you to reflect on your own halfway point: noticing nervous system capacity, to celebrate subtle but profound progress, and release shame-heavy “shoulds.” You’ll hear how my clients and I practice self-trust, aligned goal-setting, and joyful, sustainable growth. This episode offers gentle challenge, nervous-system-aware support, and lots of encouragement to honor how far you’ve truly come.Want to dive in more? Ep. 37 How to Trust the Process
This week's episode is about how it's all adding up and working even if you don't realize it. So often we think it's done, but we've only just begun, whether it's a business, workout plan, or something else. What does it look like to trust the process, and when do you pull data? Tune in for all my thoughts and encouragement when it feels like throwing spaghetti at the wall.

Ep. 36 How I’m Navigating the Both/And Right Now
In this vulnerable episode, I share thoughts about how I'm navigating the both/and of the world and why the work of joy, nervous system calibration, alignment with your Higher Power, and more is important within it all. I also dive into why it all just sucks so much right now, and feeling it all is just rough. I also talk about the war, f@csim, and other things and swear, so even if I'm against it and talking about how we use this work to move through it, if you don't want any chat about it, maybe skip this one for now, because I hear you, it is a lot.

Episode 35: Energetic Hygiene: What is it, and how to use it
In this episode we dive into energetic hygiene—what it is, why it matters, and how it quietly shapes your days. I walk you through noticing how different spaces (grocery stores, markets, friend time, home) actually feel in your body and how they drain or fill your energy. We explore making honest lists of what depletes you and what refuels you, and I share practical tools like shielding, boundaries, word-vomit journaling, and simple body-based check-ins. Think of this as your invitation to gently clean up your energetic load, give yourself more grace, and show up in the world in deeper alignment.Want to dive in more? Ep. 33 My ADHD Neurospicy Protocols
Hey friend, in this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what it’s like to be a grown‑ass woman finding out she has ADHD after years of thinking she was just “quirky” and forgetful. I’ll share the doom boxes, the self-medicating with alcohol, the fight to get properly tested, and what finally getting meds felt like—going from a Mall of America brain to actual quiet. You’ll hear the real-life tools I use now: planners, timers, movement, water, resets, and gentler self-talk. This is about honoring your beautiful neuro-spicy brain and building protocols that help you struggle less and live more. Here is the link to the reddit thread I mentioned: https://www.reddit.com/r/ADHD/comments/ioi1my/i_went_through_700_reddit_comments_and_collected/Want to dive in more?
