You'll be guided through two powerful breathing techniques — preparatory pranayama —Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath) and Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing). These simple, yet deeply effective practices help clear the mind, energise the body, and bring you back to centre. I use them daily in my own morning routine — and now you can too.
