    The longer I hang on social media, the more I see that it's confusing women in all areas of their life.     How Hard should I Train to see results?

    Lifting weights is an artform, blending science with good old elbow grease...and intensity is key.But what exactly is intensity?     Sophie came for weight loss, but the plan soon changed....
