    A few years ago, I was the very definition of a 'couch potato'. I'd lay on the sofa for hours, watching TV and eating pre-packaged frozen meals. I wouldn't have been able to tell you the last time I had planned any exercise, or cooked a healthy, nutritional meal. But somehow, I did peel myself up from that sofa.
