Best time to listen: in bed, lights low, volume soft *** Do not listen while driving! *** What this is for: Racing thoughts at bedtime Waking up in the middle of the night Anxiety, sadness, or mental spirals Needing comfort that feels personal, not performative Scriptures used: Psalm 34:8: “Taste and see that the LORD is good.” Psalm 100:5: “For the LORD is good…” Nahum 1:7: “The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble.” James 1:17: “Every good and perfect gift is from above…” Lamentations 3:22-23: “His compassions never fail; they are new every morning.” Psalm 145:9: “The LORD is good to all…” Exodus 34:6: “compassionate and gracious… abounding in love.” Psalm 23:6: “Surely your goodness and love will follow me…” If you fall asleep, that’s perfect.
