Letting go

One of the things that I know in working with clients is how challenging that can be to let go of things that perhaps are not working, that they get very attached to consistently doing something. Because it's the way they've always done it and it's one of the things that we really spend time on during our work together is really helping them to look at how their attachment to things going a certain way to having to work out a certain way or causing them more pain and suffering.And it can be in a relationship. A relationship at work where they're wanting someone to be a certain way and they just aren't. They're just not that way, and they just keep frustrated and irritated and can't let go of the situation because they just think, well, if they tell them more force things to happen or get more irritated or stop themselves from feeling all of the irritation and then.Exploding later, but really still not letting go. Like really holding onto the situation should be different, but it's not. And so how do we let go of those things in our life? How do you let.
