    183. The Magic of Believing in Yourself

    Believing in yourself is tough.  Believing in yourself after verbal and emotional abuse is even tougher.  So often we have someone else’s negative words in our head, and it can create a lot of self doubt.  (If you missed it, go back and listen to episode 141.     182. Why We’re So Afraid of Disappointment (Weight Loss & Relationships)

    167. Can you love yourself MORE when you fail?

    Your best superpower = learning to love yourself just as much when you’re failing, as when you’re succeeding.  So often we think we have to beat ourselves up and internally “punish” ourselves in some way to make up for the mistake… to teach us a lesson.  But this is a toxic pattern.  This one question has the power to change your entire perspective:  What would it look like to LOVE myself more now, through this setback?  How would I be thinking and talking to myself if I had the thought: "this is all moving me forward."     164 - Enjoying Your Weight Loss Journey

    Now I know “enjoyable” is NOT a word often associated with weight loss.  Neither is fun, simple, easy, relaxed.  Part of it is because 99% of diets are super restrictive.     162 - The Truth About Self-Sabotage (it’s not what you think)
